It’s very pretty, grounds are well kept. The pool area looked lovely. I did not have time to use the bar or restaurant areas but they looked nice. Lovely little cats around and all very sweet.
There was a used “personal item” on the terrace area of my room which was very nasty. I tried calling housekeeping, but it was all a bit embarrassing as it was a man at that time so just kicked it off. The following morning the staff had no cash (of any denomination) to give change for the payment made meaning the poor night manager had to use his own funds. The “packed breakfast” was 2 very large cheese rolls in a bag. No juice, fruit or anything further despite my booking including breakfast that my flight time meant I could not take. Bed sheets needed doubling as somewhat chilly and the sink in the bathroom moved as not attached properly. Not the best night really.
