The only problem I had during my stay was the attitude of the casino staff. With the exception of two employees, there seems to be a serious attitude problem among the casino waiters and waitresses. They act as if they don’t want to work but are forced to be there.
When I asked for something to drink or a cigarette, they told me I had to play more games before they would bring it to me. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. It really brought down my mood, to the point where I didn’t even want to continue playing.
However, I would like to recognize two employees who provided excellent service: a bald gentleman with blue eyes and a woman with black hair and dark eyes who works at the cash-out office. Both were very professional, friendly, and helpful.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the attitude of the casino staff can significantly affect the overall guest experience. I would rate you down on google reviews and other sites but I won’t for their’s sake
