Nestled in Surf City, this attractive house for $746 per night is a great option for your next break. Now available as a short term or monthly rental! Beautiful Ocean views from the main living area, all bedrooms and the second and third floor decks. See the sunrise or a full moon over the ocean all from your pillow!! Fri to Fri rental so avoid traffic & enjoy a full weekend! Gorgeous views from all main rooms in the home. Direct beach access-no carrying umbrellas, chairs & drinks forever! Relax on the comfortable couch or love seat in front of the flat screen smart Roku TV available for your live streaming and Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu access (must use your own acct). Open floor plan - NEW kitchen includes quartz counters, new cabinets & seating at the kitchen bar and dining room table. Appliances include stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and water on the door & a washer and dryer are also included (there is a 2nd refrigerator on the first floor too-ideal for kids drinks & beer!). Every bedroom has a sliding glass door so you can step right out onto a deck & hear/watch the waves crash. Relax on the deck in the covered shade or lay in the sun and get your tan on. Great ocean/beach views from both decks plus a bonus sunning deck. There is a full master bedroom on the second floor with a king sized bed & updated private bath - new, enlarged shower, double sinks and whirlpool tub plus a faux master on the third floor with king bed and full bath (also updated-shared with living area). Free Wi-Fi throughout. The home has wood floors throughout (only the stairs have carpet) & we have completed other updates-the home is ready for guests! Watch for the pods of dolphin that run in the early morning and late afternoon. Fresh seafood can be purchased on a daily basis from the local fishermen who bring their hauls in and sell them at the market near Hardees, about a mile or so away. Walk for miles in either direction on the beach. You can walk to the pier and fish. Look for prehistoric sharks' teeth and shells. The sound is just a walk away and provides amazing sunset panoramas. Additional Family or Friends?-Our daughter has a 4 bedroom townhome super close to us if you have a larger family to accommodate. The towns of Jacksonville, Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington (international airport) are less than an hour away. The only drawback to this house is that you'll never want to leave. Owners do have exterior cameras for security, including a ring doorbell.

Nice home and location. Not worth driving all day to have to order sheets and towels! No blankets available. Unclogged bathroom sink. Arrive and no toilet paper, soap for hands etc. no one wants to rush to store immediately upon arrival.

We had a great stay as a family. The location is prime and Wendy has been awesome and wonderful to work with. The house is great for families with kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property had an amazing view, just steps to the ocean. That makes a family trip with 3 kids so much easier in many ways. The owner was very responsive to any questions.

This house was perfect for our group of 9. The location couldn’t be better and everything was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and all the beach toys! The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had one minor issue with the air conditioning and they had it fixed within an hour of us reaching out. We’d definitely go back!

Clean house, pictures are accurate. We did have some AC and plumbing issues but had wonderful communication with the owners who immediately found resolutions to our problems. Great to work with! Very nice owners!

The house was clean, and had everything we needed. Location was great. We saw a dolphin from the deck, saw baby sea turtles being hatched and released, and also saw rehabilitated sea turtles being released. We had a wonderful week, and would definitely stay here again.

The house was everything that it was promoted to be. It was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The furnishings were just like home for the most part. It was wonderful to be just walk a few steps and be on the beach and I loved being close to Surf City and Daddy Mac's which our favorite restaurant. Due to time of the season, the beach was a little crowded several days but still comfortable.

Our family ( myself, my wife, our 3 daughters ages 1-6 , mother in law, father in law and brother in law ) stayed at Beaches Be Crazy for a week and we loved it! So close to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants Surf City has to offer! We fell in love with the town and look forward to returning!

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful ocean-front view. It was a wonderful escape from reality. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. My family and I were traveling with our 1-year old daughter and we were thrilled that there was a high chair and pack and play for us to use. I would recommend it to anyone. My family and I had a trip we will never forget. Thank you Greg and Wendy!

We stayed in the home with my husband, two kids (2.5 and 6) and my mom for a Spring Break trip, and it was perfect for our family. The home is clean and well-appointed, with great bathrooms and a decent kitchen setup, and the oceanfront location is fantastic. I worried about it being too busy during Spring Break, especially with COVID still being a concern, but the stretch of beach in front of the home is really big, especially at low tide, and there was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded, even with the Spring Break crowd. We loved that all the balcony areas were covered so it was never too hot, bright or rainy to sit out and enjoy the waves. Thanks for everything!

Property is fantastic! Each bedroom had great ocean views. Grandkids loved the bunk room. One reason I picked this property is the partially covered upper deck which provided a cooler option to be outside and enjoy the beach. Upper living area is open and roomy with great panoramic view of ocean from two sides. Would stay here again!

Topsail Island is one of our favorite beaches in NC and we continue to go there year after year. The house is situated towards the middle of the island and is probably on one of the best stretches of sand you’ll ever find on the NC coast. Wendy was quick to respond to our texts and was a pleasure to work with.
