Located in Surf City, this lovely house for $599 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ** when booking please note we are a Sunday -Sunday rental during peak season. If you choose other days of the week, it will show as unavailable*** Check in time during peak season is 3PM Sunday with a 10AM check out time. Renovated in February 2024 with new interior paint, lighting, new comforters and bed pillows. All New furniture in 2023. This freshly renovated charmer is tucked away from the hustle & bustle, A Beach Inn Place is located on the oceanfront with direct beach access and two levels of coastal living at it's best! Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the open and spacious living room on the top floor. All four bedrooms are on the oceanfront, and each have access to a deck where you can sit back, relax and take it all in! You and your family will always cherish the memories of your vacation at this special home! This home is furnished with linens, bathmats and towels for all rentals. You will need to bring your own beach towels. **** Please note: During Peak Season, Check in and out days are Sunday to Sunday to help stagger the traffic and workload. ***We also have other properties listed on VRBO all on the same corner! New Furniture in most all rooms for 2023! You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, IGA grocery store, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past. Amenities include central air/heat, 3 color Internet TVs, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, well stocked kitchen, crab boil pot, Keurig, and coffee pot. washer/dryer, ceiling fans, gas enclosed outside hot/cold shower, 1-car garage, 2 oceanfront sundecks with deck furniture. This was a great house for Granny Camp on the beach.
Erick was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay, he even helped us as a concierge for local activities.

We stayed for my Mom’s 50th Birthday. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay but Erick was prompt and had things fixed as quickly as possible. We only had one complaint and it was addressed. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would definitely re-book this home for a future vacation!

Great location for those looking to be close to surf city, but not with all the people on the beach. Easy check in/check out processes. Loved having 2 decks, an outside enclosed shower and nice chairs on the deck to watch the ocean. Place was clean when we arrived and linens were waiting for us on the porch.

Where to start.. Erick the owner was exceptional, very responsive & respectful. From the first contact (which was many) until the trip, he was patient, caring, & helpful. Always going above and beyond.

The view is breathtaking! Every day we were captivated with panorama view of the ocean. We watched dolphins play daily. This vacation couldn’t have been better. Great host, beautiful home. Would 1000% stay here again!

Great property and location. Enjoyed walking to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Clean and well decorated. Loved the views of the ocean. Outdoor shower, beach umbrella and chairs, and grill were great to have. Owners responded to our request right away. Only suggestion is to replace glass drinking cups. They looked well used. This was our second stay at this property. We love the location and the convenience of being right on the beach! The house has most everything you need for your stay. We loved having the grill to cook out on since we were staying with young children. The change in the stairs to the beach does require a somewhat difficult climb up the dune if there is anyone with mobility issues or young children. Erick was a great host and very responsive! Would stay again!

House was nice and in a perfect location, especially for being stuck inside during the cold storms we had during our stay. However, after we checked out I was accosted by Erick and charged $200 for having an animal in the home when in fact we did NOT have or bring any animals to the property. I asked him to check his security cameras and he told me they don’t work when guests are there. Then as the argument ensued, he miraculously provided screen shots of my husband carrying out my pregnancy pillow with a comforter and a pink cooler he stated was a small dog crate! Not only was I lied to by the owner about these security cameras, I was blamed endlessly for having animals in the house. I hope to never be treated like that again by a homeowner of these Vrbo properties. Stay at your own risk.

We had a great stay, the house is awesome, and the owner is awesome... We had an A/C issue. I contacted him and let the owners know. They had someone out to repair it in a couple hours. Great Vacation

This home is beautifully updated and clean! We have stayed in many homes at Topsail and this is definitely one of the cleanest. The only thing that needed updating are the kitchen appliances. They are functioning but could definitely use updating.
Erick was always quick to respond to any question.
Nice that the upstairs Queen and downstairs Queen rooms have walk-in showers. The King Master has a shower/tub combo for anyone that wants or needs a bathtub.
The only con was anyone with a physical limitation MAY find it challenging to get to the beach, which is indeed right outside the door, because you need to climb up and down the dune. My 85 year old mother wasn’t able but she still loved our stay.

Right on the beach made it so easy with young kids, and not too far from restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean with plenty of space for our crew of 5 adults and 3 young kids.

What a great property! Plenty of space for everyone in the family to have some space to themselves. The beach is literally outside of the house which the kids thought was amazing. On our last day there, we sat on one of the two porches , and were surprised to see a large pod of dolphins swimming along the shore. We loved our trip and will definitely be booking this house next year!

Property was beautiful and right on the beach conveniently located within a short drive to area restaurants. Every amenity was considered for the traveler. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

Highly recommend. Stayed here with wife, kids, in-laws. Directly on beach. Short walk or 2-3 minutes drive to restaurant and shops. Publix grocery store approximately 5-7 minutes away. Kick back on the deck, enjoy the view day or night and listen to the beautiful sound of the waves crashing on the shore.

When you feel comfortable enough in a place you feel like you’re at home in, you know you’ve found the perfect place!
Upon arrival we were first pleased with ample parking. Not only does the property have a 2-car garage, but a large driveway area with space for 4 vehicles. Our bed linens and towels were waiting for us at the door - that service was great. The access code for the front door was easy and convenient. We were in awe of the incredible views from every room on the beach side of the house. Each bedroom and the family room area having its own glass slider onto ample decking was fabulous. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and other basic needs making it very convenient for cooking and enjoying time together for family meals. The main level deck having a full private, enclosed hot and cold water shower was a great bonus for washing off the sand after a day of beach fun. Speaking of beach, it’s right outside the back door. Literally walk off the deck stairs and you’re on the beach. The location of the property was perfect. We were very happy with the area being conveniently located to nearby grocery stores, souvenir shops, yummy ice cream parlors, great food places yet off the beaten path quiet and private feeling. The one and only thing I would say was difficult to adjust to was the house temperature. Not being able to adjust the thermostat lower left the bedrooms a little warmer than we’re accustomed to. But, that was manageable and is not something that would keep us from going back.
All in all, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. We thank you for a fabulous week of memories!

Exactly as listed and photographed! Location was perfect…cant get much closer to the beach! Outside shower with hot and cold water was perfect for cleaning off the little ones before going back inside. Lots of sand toys and a couple chairs were nice to supplement what we brought. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good location; easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood. House has a lot of space and very comfortable. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms-very clean. Linen service worked out well. Loved the deck and outside furniture to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Could not get much closer to the beautiful sand and surf than at this location! We enjoyed our vacation very much.
