Located in Surf City, this lovely house for $700 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This new house near the heart of Surf City sets a new standard for experiencing rentals on Topsail Island. We have stocked this house with all the things you will need for your stay. Linens, towels, beach supplies, kitchen wares all Included! Enjoy ocean views with all the comforts of home. Features: 2 King Masters, 2 Living Rooms, and 2 Family Bedrooms. The home is just steps from the beach! There is a public beach access just at the end of the street. We suggest trying a Sunday to Sunday stay, during the Summer months.. An open and inviting main living area on the upper floor is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, cooking utensils and everyday appliances. The lower living room with entertainment is a great hang out for kids. Savor your morning coffee as you experience the ocean breeze from either of the two full-front decks. They are the perfect setting to appreciate the tranquil sights and sounds. Late in the day, enjoy the captivating view of the sunset from the elevated rear deck. The 4 bedrooms have blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. The home is on a quiet dead end street. This is a great home for families with children or small groups. Minimum age 25 years. Not authorized for house parties. No Pets allowed. No smoking.

We really enjoyed staying here! The location couldnt have been any better. The TWO outside showers and spickets were a bonus for everyone to not have to wait for only one. There were a TON of beach things include chairs, boogyboards, and beach towels! Everything you need is here! They even gave us a beach bucket with goodies upon arrival. The is exactly as advertised. The kids beds were alittle on the hard size and bunk beds wobbled alot so i would suggest tightening especially for the 3 bed bunk. I would for sure stay here again. Public beach access is super closs too, the map doesnt do justice for how close it really was. There was PLENTY of parking on the property. The neighbors were all super nice and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Thanks for a great stay!

This beach house has everything you need for a great beach trip! It is close to the beach yet on a quiet street. It is also close enough to town to walk for coffee. There was plenty of room for our family to sleep comfortably and prepare meals. The house is very clean and well furnished, even with toys for the youngest. We look forward to returning next year.

My friends and I decided to go on a beach trip for the weekend and this property was the perfect place for us to get away and relax. The house was beautiful and very clean. My favorite part was having the beach right in front of us. Only a 2 min walk! I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! We will definitely be returning.

Katy was quick with communication from the very beginning and the description of the home was 100% accurate.
The house itself was awesome. It has a new and modern feeling with great views from the porch. The kitchen has all the supplies you’ll need and there’s a bunch of games and puzzles to pick from and play at the big kitchen table. As stated in the description, the linens are all provided and plenty of towels are available. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our families!
The beach is a short short walk from the house and Katy provides everything you’ll need (plenty of nice chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, shovels and buckets). We’re always nervous about how “swimable” the beach will be in a new area, but this beach was great for our teenage kids. It’s calm on the shoreline, or you can swim out to the sandbar with a bodyboard and catch some waves.
The house, the quiet neighborhood, the beach, and the nice little downtown area a mile up the road made this trip a success. I highly recommend booking with Katy to anyone considering a trip to Surf City!

This is a beautiful home! Great location, spacious, and well-appointed! My husband and our three grown children enjoyed every moment of our stay! It had everything we needed! We made the most of our trip by taking early morning walks on the beach to The Daily Grind for coffee, finding the perfect spot for sunning on the uncrowned beach, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and spending quiet evenings on the balconies or playing games at the large dining table. We will definitely be back!

We had 2 families stay over the holiday weekend and had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate. House was clean, well maintained, and comfortable for all of us. Quick walk to the beach and close to many conveniences of Surf City. Katy was easy to communicate with and bery responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was so nice! Really clean and updated. Tons of beach amenities like provided chairs, towels, toys, and outdoor warm shower. The walk to the beach was only like 2 minutes.
Kitchen was fully equipped to feed a big group. Beach wasn't crowded at all(stayed first week in June) sand was so soft and perfect. Waves were pretty tame for kids so it was great.

This beautiful home was the perfect spot to stay in Topsail. Just a short walk from the beach and plenty of room for all the kids to have their own space. We walked the beach to town everyday for lunch and the kids found all sorts of treasures on the beach. Can't wait to return!

This house was fantastic. Plenty of space, clean, nice and updated, and a very close walk to the beach. Four adults and one infant stayed here and we loved having the masters on separate floors. The main drag with restaurants and shops is a short drift away. The owner had great communication and accommodated requests we had about check-in and check-out.

Absolutely PERFECT
This was our first time to Topsail and already are planning on going back. We couldn’t have picked a better house! Not only was the house cozy but was also spotless. I absolutely loved all the decor and little touches in the house. They provided us with everything you would need on a daily basis which means less packing.
The beach was a lot closer than I expected which was awesome. If we forgot something and could run right back to the house to get it. There are a lot of stores and restaurants only minutes from the house. We are hoping to go back next year ☀️ Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Great beach house, has everything you need!
The house was great! Loved the open layout of the top floor. The balconies were wonderful, we enjoyed them every morning and evening. The outdoor shower was lovely. The walk to the beach is so close and the beach is one of the cleanest , nicest beaches we’ve ever been to. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay in this house again!

This was our 2nd stay at this house, and it was nothing short of wonderful! The house had everything we needed and more. It’s a super short walk to the beach, which is a must with young kids. Communication with the owner was great, too! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return again!

This is a super nice property! If you enjoy a newer clean and beautiful house, in a convenient location to the beach and downtown, this is the place for you.
House is very well kept and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. From bedding, thick towels, all the kitchen supplies, beach chairs, etc... its like staying at a nice resort and really has everything you need for your turnkey vacation.
Katy was very responsive and gives you confidence this is a well cared for place. We already look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect location and property
This beautiful house was perfect for our multi-generation family. Located on a cul-de-sac and very quiet street. House well equipped and exactly as shown online. Katy is an exceptional communicator and responds timely. We weren’t out of NC and our granddaughters were asking when we can go back to the beach house!

Katy and Branon were excellent hosts. Communicative when we reached out, but not intrusive by any means during our stay. They let us check in early which was great. The property is GORGEOUS! It was the perfect size for our family, and they thought of everything we could need for the kitchen - as well as providing books, games, etc. if we wanted! Beautiful, clean and so close to the beach. Also just a mile walk along the beach to great shops and restaurants which was nice. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely visit again!
