Hosts are super friendly. Knowledgeable of NC500 and many other attractions. You can't go hungry, so much available for breakfast.

I liked everything, the welcome I received the location and well basically everything ☺️.the room was great with a fantastic tea tray, bathroom was spotless and considering it was shared between 2 rooms it was not a problem .And then there was the breakfast, again there was something for everyone a brilliant selection, I had the full Scottish and satisfaction was 100%. I hope next year to return if I do the nc500 if im allowed after breaking the key ring 😇

John is a super host. Met me at the door, showed me to my room. Gave me opportunity to select and order breakfast items for the following morning.
Location is just a bit outside of City Centre Inverness. Easily arrived on bus 3 from downtown Inverness. (To pick up Bus 3, just walked one block over from where my Ember Bus from Perth dropped me downtown). Alba B&B was about a 10 minute walk from Raigmore Hospital bus stop.
Bed was super comfy. As a solo traveler, it was the best single bed I've ever slept in. Excellent WIfi. Provided coffee, tea, and all accompaniments in room. Bonus was that John provides wash clothes (a rarity in UK guest houses). Shared bathroom was impeccably clean and everything clearly marked. Felt well cared for.
Pub across the street for lunches and dinners.
John has thought of everything. No complaints whatsoever!
