The apartment was very central - in the old town. There was aircon in both bedrooms and the lounge which worked very well. Very neat and clean. We didn't cook but the hob was lovely. There was an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, fridge, dish washer (we didn't use it - it did smell a bit), a washing machine (also didn't use). No microwave. There were no coffee pods but the host delivered 10 very quickly. Could have done with more as we were 3 people for 5 nights. The shower water pressure and the temperature of the water were fabulous. You could not hear much noise from the streets which was excellent. And there is a lift! Generally very nice place.
For the bathroom: the shower and the toilet were nice and new and clean but the basin could do with an upgrade. There was water leaking from somewhere, either the shower or the toilet. Wasn't a huge problem but should be fixed. The bathroom floor is not nice and the walls need some work. It looks like the water leak has been there for some time if you look at the floor/wall damage. The bathroom door scrapes on the floor which makes it an effort to open and close, so much so that the door handle came off in my hand. More hooks or shelves or something where you can hang towels and/or clothes and also limited space for toiletries.
Kitchen area: This is just a small counter, the length of the hob, small working area which is filled by the toaster, kettle and coffee machine, and a sink. We could have done with some basic items e.g. salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Only 2 or 3 tea bags and coffee sachets. There was no wash up cloth, only a sponge and only one dish cloth for 5 days. If you are going to cook, space might be an issue.
A few hooks behind doors would be useful.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή στην καρδιά της Λισαβόνας. Το μέγεθος του σπιτιού είναι άνετο ακόμα και για 4 άτομα. Το σπίτι είναι αρκετά καλά εξοπλισμένο. Διαθέτει ασανσέρ και πλυντήριο.
Το διαμέρισμα σίγουρα απο την πρώτη μέρα είδαμε ότι δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα σχολαστικά καθαρισμένο, ιδιαίτερα το μπάνιο. Όμως το σοκ το πάθαμε όταν στο πάπλωμα του δωματίου βρήκαμε κολλημένο ένα χρησιμοποιημένο σερβιατάκι καθημερινής χρήσης. Προφανώς δεν το πρόσεξαν οι καθαρίστριες και άφησαν το ίδιο με την προηγούμενη κράτηση. Τότε δυσαρεστηθήκαμε ιδιαίτερα καθώς δεν νοείται να κοιμάται κανεις σε σεντόνια προηγούμενης κράτησης ότι κατηγορίας και αν είναι το κατάλυμα. Στην περίπτωση μας δεν ήταν και φθηνό. Ειδοποίησα αμέσως την εταιρεία διαχείρισης μήπως και φροντίσουν να μην ξανασυμβεί.
Κατά τα άλλα εάν το διαμέρισμα καθαρίζεται σωστά είναι μια χαρά.
