Great location and even greater host.

This is a great property, in a great, great location, in the best of downtown Lisbon. What sets it apart however is Ricardo, the host. I received first class attention, going above and beyond. Definitely recommend the property and its host This property is in a relatively flat (for Lisbon standards) area and very close to great restaurants, venues and commercial streets. It sits on a quiet block, while also being just steps away from the action. Ricardo took great care of our every need, being by very responsive and accommodating, even helping us with transportation booking.

I would definitely come back to this place!

Great location, very comfortable, it is better than the photos. Joao the host was very nice. The neighborhood is very good located and the area is very safe.

Just a little issue with some things in the bathroom they need to check.

Beautiful top floor light fllled apartment central location but quiet.

Top floor apartment with lift. central location but quiet. Big doors that you can open so lots of fresh air. Nice design.

Beds we a bit hard. We had a few problems getting door from street unlocked.

Great apartment with lots of space. I would stay here again. Quiet and close to everything. Excellent for friends or families who need a kitchen and laundry facilities.

Good location but the apartment needs some work…

The location is very good.

The staff not very communicative. There was no hot water on the last day and water system needed repair. It was quite dusty in the apartment and not well cleaned; the old rugs needed a vacuum. They need to replace the dusty rugs. 2 moldy dishwasher pads only for the dishwasher machine. We had to buy that. Always in such apartments all over the world, there were enough pads and products for the stay, but here it was all limited. its an ok apt for 4 people, but not more. the bathroom is quite shabby and not well maintained with a funky smell, and needs a general renovation. Not tiled… i would imagine tiles in Portugal… it seems unfinished. there was no place to store luggage on our last day. I would not stay there again, but the location was very good!

We loved our stay! Central, spacious, clean, and felt like a home!

It’s the cutest apartment in the center of the city! The apartment was very clean and spacious and a great view of the city. It was nicely equipped and decorated, felt like a home. The process to check in and out was smooth and the host was very helpful and attentive to our questions and needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay here if you don’t mind overpaying for a dirty place

great location, nice layout of the apartment also proper airconditioning

The cleaning situation is horrible: - Holes in sheets - Hairs in towels - Dirty Cups - stained towels - and more ….. (see photos). after complaining upon arrival (Friday) about this, the manager Ricardo said he would find a solution. As you can guess, no solution was provided and there was no communication at all. Upon checkout Monday, we were asked to pay the tourist tax. After I mentioned he should give us the cleaning fee back (minus tax), the manager has no longer responded to us. I have filed an official complaint at booking.com

Great city break

This was a fully equipped, refurbished two-bed apartment at the heart of Lisbon. It contained state of the art air-conditioning, very comfy beds and sofa and all the necessary facilities a household needs for a few days' break, such as iron and iron board, hair dryer, cooking equipment etc. We were all happy to meet Sulamita who was helpful and super friendly. I could not recommend this accommodation more.

There could be somewhere to hang clothes to dry. There could be some additional coffee pods.

Great location and quality apartment.

The location was excellent as was the space. Two generous bedrooms, excellent air con and a great shower.

Cost was a little high but the apartment was very nice.
