we didn't have free breakfast, had our own kitchen
local good with Safeway, bus stop, Ross close at hand. But with the Easter Candy building located next door, we got a bit tired of continually running refer trucks and their noise. Plus we ended up on the third floor and at 80 and 74 yrs it was a bit much.

We loved the location (including easy access to a supermarket, etc.), the layout, the view, the amenities, the lighting, the internet, the ease of access. Even though the property would not allow a late check-out, I was able to sit on the lanai for another hour and use the internet while looking at the ocean!
The ONLY issue with the apartment was the air conditioning. It was in the alcove off the main living room, which my son used as a bedroom with the fold-out couch. I had the main bedroom, which the AC could not possibly cool, and I was hot, even with the ceiling fan running. The alternative would have meant leaving all the windows and the bedroom door open, and there were heavy rains at night - so it would have been crazy humid.

We received an extra set of bed sheets for the second bedroom in a flash. Location opposite excellent shopping facilities and restaurants in easy walking distance.
Surely missed air conditioning and the towel cleanliness left to be desired. Everything else was very good and very clean. Nice pool but the road noise from the front bedroom was extreme. Nothing for light sleepers.
