About this cottage rental
Located in Lexington, this lovely cottage for $206 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Space A full 1500+ sq/ft home all for you! Beautiful corner lot with double deck in front (access to top deck via Door wall), deck on rear, stamped concrete patio on east side of home. 2 bedrooms (queen beds in each) and 1 upstairs loft area with beautiful twin day bed. Also, two sofas in and near living room. Central Air Conditioning throughout the home !!!!!! Guest Access Weber Propane Grill, 1 person OCEAN Kayak, ceramic fire pit on rear (please note Wood for fire pit is NOT included so please bring your own) stamped concrete patio, 6 person outdoor dining table with padded chairs and umbrella. Interaction with Guests You can call or text me at any time. I will try to be there to greet you (if time permits). If not there will be a lock box with a code (provided prior to arrival). The Neighborhood Michigan's version of cape cod....small town with great shops, marina, beaches, and park. Getting Around Walk right into town. Central location so everything is within blocks. We are centrally located in the village. We are a block from the beach. There is another public access two blocks down, at the end of Lake St and Old Orchard Bluff, with a very nice beach area. The DNR Boat Launch is at the end of Boynton St, and the Marina is at the end of Huron Ave. The Patrick Tierney Park entrance is located at the end of Simons St. The Park has a long stretch of sandy beach, playground equipment, picnic area and the break wall to walk. 4 short blocks to the Lexington Village Theatre. Other Things to Note Pet fee is in addition and is $150 per pet for entire length of stay. In short, one dog is $150 for the entirety of your stay. 2 Queen beds, 1 Twin day bed. Also, the home has 2 sofas in livingroom and 1 small sofa in upstairs loft area. The living room sofas can be used for smaller guests such as children (that is what we do when we stay with our family...I have 3 yound kids). Our 10-day visit to the Lexington Michigan area went well, this property was perfectly located, clean and comfortable during our stay. We, too, own a cottage in the area that we short term rent and we treated this home as we hope our tenants treat ours during their stay. The outside space is well done too! I will rent again!

Loved the location of the home. It was close to town but also quiet. It was just what I needed in regards to room. The fireworks in town was the icing to the cake. The patio was perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds.The owner had amazing communication throughout the visit. My pup also loved all the grass. Overall, it was a great time!

We had a wonderful vacation. This property was perfectly located. We walked downtown multiple times and the harbor, the pier, and of course the beach (daily!).
My only complaint would be some lacking provisions in the kitchen. We made do (and chose to use disposable plates and cutlery to save on dishwashing), but it would be nice to have a bit more silverware. That's a pretty minor complaint! We had a great time and are hoping to return to Lexington in the future.

My husband and adult children had a wonderful stay at Steve’s Lexington house. The location in town was fantastic, and the house and yard were just as nice, If not nicer, than we thought they would be. The communication with Steve was simple and prompt. We definitely plan to stay again!

This was our third time staying at the Fick Family Lake House and just as our previous visits, it did not disappoint! This cozy home is perfectly located a block away from a small beach and within walking distance to downtown Lexington...perfect for grabbing yummy paninis from Sweetwater or a delicious cup of joe from Lexington Coffee Co.

Loved that we could walk to town, use the provided Kayak at the beach around the corner. Kids all slept in the upstairs bedroom & loft, leaving the main floor & bedroom for my husband & I. Good kitchen amenities for cooking. Very big yard, fully fenced in.

Steve was FANTASTIC with communicating.. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is for your stay is in this cute home. The only complaint is mattresses need updating(not comfortable at all) and maybe another twin bed instead of love seat in room upstairs. Thank you.... would definitely stay again.
