Welcome to our pet-friendly mountain resort condominium, nestled just across the street from the Little Eagle ski area in the breathtaking Mammoth Lakes! This upgraded 1-bedroom condo offers a cozy retreat with a range of amenities to make your stay memorable. The condo features a newly remodeled kitchen with sleek granite countertops and ample cabinet space, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. The dining area is complemented by a pull-out couch featuring a Temperpedic mattress, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The bunk area is perfect for kids or accommodating 2 extra adults, making it an ideal spot for families or groups. The unit also includes a well-maintained bathroom and convenient in-unit laundry facilities, ensuring a hassle-free stay. As part of the resort complex, guests have access to a variety of amenities, including a gym, spas, saunas, a pool area, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and secure underground parking. Forget about waiting for shuttles or driving to the ski area – the condo is conveniently located just across the street from the Little Eagle ski area. For those traveling with furry friends, we happily welcome dogs with a $200 pet fee per stay (maximum of 2 dogs). Please be mindful of bringing well-behaved dogs and ensure they do not cause damage or leave excessive pet hair, as charges may apply for any necessary cleaning or repairs. Please note that the Eagle Lodge ski area's opening and closing times are subject to snowfall and seasonal variations. Great location to eagle lodge. Some lights were out and response was immediate.

Not a good experience. Had to cut family trip short few days due to cleanliness of the condo. Other family members couldnt handle the condition of the place. The carpet in the master was disgusting with fresh urine or feces stains. We put towels over them to keep them out of view because it was . We took pictures at arrival and sent pictures of the carpets to vrbo to start a case since no response from property management. Management kept most of our deposit for the stains that were present at arrival. Vrbo hasnt been able to get ahold of this management group either.

The condo itself was neat and clean. We liked the condo and its location. One of the pools was under construction and the tennis courts were under construction which made it dirty and dusty. It was a little walk to the other pool, but at least there was another pool that was nice and clean.

We enjoyed this condo and would stay again. The location is indeed walking distance to Eagle chair. This condo is ideal with underground parking and easy access. The bedroom was nice and bunk beds comfortable. I’ll keep this on my Mammoth list for sure.

Loved the location, decor, cleanliness was great. Our truck was too big to park inside and they let us park in front of the office which was a great back up. Such a cute place and would stay again. We loved how we had access to watch different apps on tv. We couldn’t get the bedroom one working, but it was just the two of us. We liked the long coat rack inside and would’ve been ever better with a long rubber mat for snowboards. Thank you for making a nice stay for us. We’ve been coming to Mammoth for 27 years and this was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at.

This was a great location for our stay to play in the snow. Eagle Lodge is walking distance and the place was equipped with all that we needed. It was cold the first night and the place took some time to heat up, but after the first night, it was comfortable the rest of our stay. We would choose to stay here again!

Even though we came during a blizzard it was still a great trip. Communication was right away even though I am pretty sure they were busy with the blizzard. A very cozy and spacious place. My kids slept well in their bunk beds and we all had a great family vacation.

The location of the condo is great! 5min walk to Eagle lodge. The apartment is spacious with well stocked kitchen and spacious living room. The microwave vent was broken so couldn't use the stove as the smoke would turn on the smoke detector alarm. Bedroom bed is extremely comfortable! Laundry room is right next to the apartment. The only issue is that the property management company is not very responsive. They do provide easy check in/out instructions, but do not respond to emails if any issues. Overall, happy with our stay.

Had a great stay here. Condo was clean, well provisioned (maybe could use better knives), plenty of towels ect, comfy beds. Property manager was great to work with and always available for questions. Small details could use some attention, no deadlock or second lock on front door which is a little weird, bedroom door doesn’t quite shut. Nothing that bothered our stay. Easy to check in, easy to find, and walkable to Eagle Lodge. It was really a great fit for family, 2 adults and 2 young kids and dog. Would be happy to stay here again!

Our stay at this property was great. The location was more than ideal. Walking distance to the slopes and the place was nice and cozy. A little tired as past renters have stated but the place was nice and clean and it was perfect for our family! We would love to come back again!

Pros: location is close to the ski lift, underground parking spot is below the condo, stocked amenities: towels, blankets, kitchen ware. Place is clean
Cons: needs updating: bathroom was updated but not the toilet bowl (looks old). Front door needs another lock from the inside. Doesnt feel secure specially you can enter a code from the outside.
Overall a great place to stay in specially if you are skiing / snowboarding!

We loved this condo. The main area with the big bunk beds, couches, hooks to hang ski gear, and kitchen was very spacious. We could easily have invited 2 to 4 more friends to join us and not felt cramped. The little fire stove was great, and they stocked plenty of covered wood on the balcony so it wasn't wet with all that snow. Yes, the bathroom looked old as some reviewers said, but the HOT water was instant and had great pressure in the shower. They were a little cheap on the bathroom soap--one tiny hand bar, and nothing in the shower, so we had to go out and get something for bathing. Otherwise, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. for our 3 nights (very cool that they had olive oil for cooking!) Super comfy king size bed and pillows. We were snowed in 1 of our days, and we didn't mind spending the whole day inside with games to play, books to read, our recipes to cook, and TV to watch. This was walk-to-the-lift rather than ski-in-ski-out, but we actually liked it BETTER because it was so much bigger than the Eagle Lodge ski-in-ski-outs that are in the same price range (plus the little woodstove fireplace was fun:).

Had a very nice experience staying at this apartment. Kitchen is relatively well stocked (missing salt, olive oil), bed was comfortable, and we appreciated being able to use the wood burning stove to warm the unit (wood included on porch). Convenient location as well.
A few areas could be touched up around the unit to make it 5 stars, including fixing up the door (second lock missing, paint chips, etc.), ensuring all lights/lamps are working properly, updating the wifi info on the check-in list (had to search the router to find correct user name and password).
Overall would definitely stay again, but updating the above points would make it a better stay.

After reading the latest review I called was told the bedroom rug had been cleaned. It was dirty and we had to step over large areas of what looked like large dirty footprints. But first the positive things. The condo was near the door to take the doggies out. The laundry was next door. There was a nice pool, spa and 2 grills. I asked for a broom and was told they did not supply cleaning supplies but I was given a broom . The kitchen had been renovated-even though there were three rusty and greasy pans in the drawer under the sink. I bought new ones to use as we were suppose to be there for a month.The bed was comfortable. Here are some areas that need attention: The front door and sides need to be repainted ,The olive sofa is stained and very uncomfortable, The blind at the end of slider needs to be repaired,The white wood piece by the shower needs to be replaced as it is coming apart at both ends and the paint is peeling. The bedroom carpet needs to be replaced and directions need to be left on how to work the TV. When we asked for help someone came quickly to tell us 0about the different controls and set it up. I realize we can call the numbered listed for help but it seems as if someone needs to check the unit before it is rented. We loved Mammoth but we went home after two weeks.

Peaceful and Comfortable
We stayed here with our pets while waiting to close on a house in Bishop. It was clean and cozy. The condo building was surprisingly quiet. The location is a little out of the way, but this contributed to the quiet. It is conveniently located for foot travel as it is near a bike path.
While we had a lovely stay, we were slightly puzzled by the fact most cleaning supplies were in a locked closet. A broom might’ve been useful at least once. It may be useful to bring your own cleaning supplies if you are there for more than a few days.

We had a great stay! The rental was exactly as you see in pictures and was clean. The property manager responded quickly to emails. You can't beat the location! We walked to the lifts at Eagle everyday! We also enjoyed the hot tubs while we were there!

Not the greatest
If you are looking for a worn place to crash for a few nights close to the lifts, this is the place for you: when we booked this place, our expectation was a little higher than that.
Aside from basic safety items missing (smoke and carbon detectors), while prepping our first meal we discovered a rodent bait box in the kitchen cabinet surrounded by rodent droppings- I wont go into how discussed this made us feel.
Top bunk was un-usable for my 11 and 9 year old as the mattress is half an inch shorter than the bunk bed railing-so a child can easily roll off the bed.
Broken light fixture, burnt light bulb, bowl of old dog food with dog kibble in it on top of the living room cabinet (we don’t bring a dog), heavily stained carpet and yellow stains on sleeping pillows added to this low review.
Water pressure in the shower was so high, it stung to take a shower.
This place just needs more love, some new linens and better maintenance… Its not easy writing a review like this but after long consideration, I simply could not write anything different.
Overall, the layout is great and comfortable for a party of 4. Community is nice; gum and hot tub were a plus. Location is amazing and walking distance to Eagle Lodge.

This cabin has an easy walk to Eagle Lodge. It is a nice place if you have a pet. Very easy to access to the outside. Great walking trail throughout the community.

The kitchen and living space were clean and outfitted well, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the giant hook wall. It was so helpful to keep everyone organized. The shower/toilet room could use some easy upgrades, though, and the doorknob kept falling off the front door. Easy check-in and very responsive managers.

Outdated but top location
The “condo” which felt more like a small hotel suite, was perfectly located in walking distance to lift.
The place had a very strong smell of chemical cleaners, which might have been necessary due to covid, but it was not pleasant.
Also, some of the pots/dishes in cabinets were not properly cleaned and the wifi was very spotty. We also couldn’t make the TV work.
The place was rather outdated and run-down.
For that price we expected a lot more.
The bed, however, was very comfortable.

Great spot walking distance to Eagle
Nice 1 bedroom condo and dog friendly. Perfect for a family of 4. Parking spot right below unit only one staircase to the 1st floor from garage. Nice balcony with tons of fire wood to burn. Hot tub was a short walk away. Will definitely go back once Mammoth has snow at Eagle.
