It is clean and pristine. There is one bedroom and a pull out couch, full kitchen, laundry, handicap accessible, full bath, and will be stocked with everything you need from bedding to coffee! Guest Access: We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the first floor of the building. We look forward to hosting you :) The Neighborhood: In walking distance of Munson Medical Center Interaction with Guests: If you have any questions please refer to the QR codes that are in the condo. We loved this property. It was so nice. It was comfortable. Nicely decorated. The pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It was quiet just off the main drag far enough to not fight traffic too terribly. We would return to this place in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to downtown and the Commons and felt a lot bigger than just your average one bedroom. The laundry facilities and full kitchen were very helpful!! Super clean too. We’ll be back!

The condo waa wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week in beautiful Traverse city. Location was great. We came to watch our son play for the Traverse city pitspitters baseball team and the stadium was only 10 mins from the condo. It was close to shops and food too. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Great communication with the hosts, as they were flexible enough to resolve a billing issue with no problems. The property itself is wonderfully decorated and perfectly located within walking distance of town and the state hospital shops. We would highly recommend to anyone look for a getaway in TC.

My husband and I were in to see our son play baseball at Turtle Creek Stadium. It was only 10 minutes away which was perfect! The place was clean and tidy and will definitely stay there again when coming back to Traverse City.

Clean, well-kept property. Convenient location. The batteries on the fire alarm died while we were there, and our host dropped off batteries expediently. We also absolutely loved the breakfast recommendation - Brasserie Amie!! Can’t wait to return for another trip again soon!

We wanted to explore Traverse City for a few days before meeting up with friends on the weekend. This was a great location! Close but not too close to downtown. Very clean and quiet. Loved the Keurig!! We sipped some great Michigan wines as we sat in the rocking chairs outside our door and people-watched. As mentioned by others, parking is tight but we moved the garbage cans over a bit to enter and exit our SUV a little easier. Explore The Village at Grand Traverse Commons which is VERY close. Lots to see there including restaurants. We found the Visitor Center closed but information was available in outside kiosks. Sleeping Bear Dunes is a short distance away. Lots of wineries that we did not see as we ran out of time. Would definitely stay here again to finish exploring!! Thank you!

The unit is very nice but the parking is a bit tight especially if you have an SUV. Other thanthat, very clean and a great location to downtown.

Condo is close to Grand Traverse Commons (eat breakfast at Sugar 2 Salt if you have a chance), clean, and convenient to getting around town. Soaps, paper towels, coffee provided (for Keurig), left us a bottle of local wine--thanks! Carrie was very helpful and responsive in letting us check out late since no one was coming in right after us. Only drawback, really, is that the available parking space in the covered area is very narrow, so if all the cars are parked it can be challenging to get in an out if you don't have a small car. It's the second time we've stayed there and I'm sure we'll be back..

Recently stayed at stayed at this property 7-26-2018 thru 7-31-2018. This property was well located, well furnished, and very clean. My wife and I have stayed at hotels and other locations in and around Traverse City. We would rate this property at the very top of our list. Carrie seemed to pay detailed attention to renters needs and desires. Whether you wanted to walk, bike, or drive to downtown or visit the adjoining area, this location made this desire very easy. The only concern could be the carport if a large vehicle is parked next to you, but it is very convenient if inclement weather is in the area. Would definitely stayed at this location again!!!!!
