About this apartment rental

Newly Built and furnished Condo across the street from the Hospital and near Downtown, Grand Traverse Commons and the Bay. The Condo has 1 bedroom and 1 pull out sofa bed and is stocked with all the amenities. The space is great for 4 people and is within walking distance to most of what Traverse has to offer. (5 minutes to the Bay and Grand Traverse Commons and 10 minutes to the heart of Downtown)

The Kids Creek Neighborhood is just blocks away from great restaurants and stores. The Hospital is across the street and this Condo is perfect for nurses, doctors or families that are visiting loved ones.

We loved this new condo and walked to the downtown area for shopping and dinner. The furnishings are lovely and the parking is very convenient!

This was an excellent location for us. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to Loco Boys for dinner and craft beer. Nice and quiet too!

Location to downtown and events we were attending was wonderful. Everything was close. Was very quiet for sleeping. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on but we were not inside the condo much other than to sleep.
