The location was great and laundry facilities were available.
Cleanliness was my largest concern. There were peanuts and coffee beans found all over the property including inside the pull out couch. The shower curtain had a large stain. The couch and pull out were extremely uncomfortable. The fan provided was covered in dust.
This was also the first TC property that we have stayed at in 7 years that did not provide any sort of complimentary welcome. The card on the table was blank and worn - probably used for every guest. We received no water like some in the guest book mentioned.
I would recommend if providing coffee beans to just leave them in the original container. This allows guests to know what they are drinking and ensure freshness / expiration date.

The property was very nice clean seemed like a safe area by the hospital and very close to the waterfront
There was a lot of noise from the people above us and the Construction right outside the building was very loud and messy we wish we were given a heads up about it we couldn’t even that a walk around the block otherwise it was very nice
