Access to Homeowners Association private beach. Two queen beds, and one full bed/twin over, down comforters on all beds, two full bathrooms, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, hot tub, direct TV, Wi Fi, private back yard, , smoke free,quiet neighborhood, decorated in old Tahoe décor , old stone fireplace with supplied wood, secluded lush back and front yards. Fenced in back yard for dogs !

The cabin was such an adorable space with a great location. Laura was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. We had a short stay but hope to return again soon!

This is just what we were looking for! A perfectly cozy rustic cabin steps away from Sunnyside and the lake. We were snowed in for two days and made a fire with the wood that was left by our gracious hosts and loved every minute of it. Thank you!

What a fantastic little gem. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine and even coffee for the morning. We sat outside taking in the neighborhood with our coffee in the morning and then walked down to the private beach with our dog to watch the sunrise. This cabin is centrally located to Tahoe City and surrounding areas but it’s so nice and peaceful. We loved our stay and it was such a bonus to be able to bring our dog. We will for sure be renting with you again.

My husband and I, along with my sister and her husband had an incredible stay at Laura's cabin in Sunnyside! There was a 3rd bedroom where we could have had another couple or couple of kids stay too! The pictures don't do the place justice - it was super comfortable and cozy - a true Tahoe cabin experience. I can't wait to come back and stay in the winter! A great jacuzzi in the backyard, 5 minute walk to the private beach at the lake, and close to great restaurants and cafes nearby. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay!! We will be back!

Perfect Tahoe
Storybook Old Tahoe cottage—not the usual white walled vacation rental. Reminded me of the places we stayed in Tahoe when I was a kid. But with modern comforts and very friendly and accommodating hosts. Being able to walk down the block to the private beach and the super-trendy Westshore Market was priceless. We had such a great week here. Thanks Laura!

Wonderful stay on a cold wet weekend
The cabin was wonderful, very cozy and comfortable, just hang around, walked to the beach, little store, relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed a nice fire. The weekend has a mix of snow and rain, perfect for staying in doors or sitting in a hot tube. Wonderful host, would highly recommend.

Great little getaway
We had such a great time staying at this cute little cabin. Adequate space for us, our two teens and two dogs. Clean and well equipped with amenities. And we got to experience the first snow storm of the season!

Sweet Cabin in the Woods
Sweet cabin...well stocked. Laura was great and very responsive. Super location...walk to the beach, Sunnyside, West Shore Market and Firesign. Close to Tahoe City. Enjoyed traveling with our pup. This was an easy place for her to be with a lovely fenced yard.

Our family had a great stay here. We had 2 kids and 3 adults, and had plenty of room. The house was well equipped and in great shape. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Tahoe.

Charming rustic little cottage
We enjoyed our winter wonderland stay at the little Tahoe Park cottage very much. It was very cozy and charming. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are well equipped with your basic needs and even though it is small the space was sufficient for the 3 of us. We would definitely stay again and next time bring our little doggies :-)

Second time staying here and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Easy access to ski resorts/Tahoe city. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, beds are comfortable and hot tub is great. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this cozy cabin.

Spent 4 days there- Sunday through Thursday. Had such a good time. There was a storm as we were coming in and Laura called us and told us to come early as she didn’t want us to be stuck in traffic somewhere. The house was slightly smaller than I expected but there was still plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out some and relax. Great WiFi and direct tv. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking accessories. Hot tub was great to sit in outside in the snow and cold. Laura let us check out late as she didn’t have a tenant coming in that night and the weather was beautiful Thursday and she wanted us to be able to really enjoy our first sunny day skiing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others coming here as well

Cozy cottage with terrific hosts
This was, overall, a terrific accommodation. Location is great--just a short walk to Lake Tahoe and nearby grocery. The beds are really comfortable and the house is charming. Best of all, the hosts were flexible, accommodating and really helpful in suggesting nearby attractions and an alternate route when snow made getting up the street wasn't working. The hot tub was a great amenity and being able to bring our dogs with us was much appreciated. Only caveat is that with six people (and two dogs) housebound in a storm, more space would have been welcome. Strongly recommend this as a place to stay.

Vintage Tahoe! Great location!
A welcoming retro cottage with everything you need, with antiques and vintage furnishing. Clean charming and organized ! Great Tahoe Park location gets you private beach access just a few minute stroll. We ate in, but Sunnyside is a short walk as is the classic Fireaide cafe. Market deli is a quick walk if you need milk, juice, food, wine beer etc. Charming with just what you need !
