Well positioned to watch the otters and saw whale spouts in the large front room..watched the daily doggie walking parade and loved watching the waves..

The location is great and the view spectacular, but.....so many things that result in the property not being worth the cost. None of the curtains are big enough to cover the windows! Middle bedroom curtains were put up backward and missed some of the connections. Sheets continually came off the primary bed. Inexpensive and it was very evident. Shower curtain liner would not stay on the tiny hooks so fell off continually during the shower. Bathroom was smaller than one on a cruise ship. Please take note. Could not get heat to work, up or downstairs. Be advised, the draw is the view.

We loved our stay! It was so fun to wake up and watch the otters while sipping our coffee. The house was just as listed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We were able to walk to dinner and the aquarium. We would absolutely come back.

All five of us had a very good stay at your cozy place. We were so happy with the location. The path along the ocean front was just out the door .Amazing sights and sounds, and the ocean air was fantastic!

This was our second time staying in this yellow beach house. It's perfect for our family, and the location can't be beat. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife, cool weather, and quality time as a family. We'd love to visit again if we can make it happen.

We enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Also excellent dining easy walking distance. Great location to get back and forth to the Peninsula for the Women's Open at Pebble Beach.

Wonderful property, we enjoyed watching the seals and otters play on the rocks right across from our breakfast table. Great location except the neighbor next door was remodeling and his scaffolding almost touched the windows! Creepy!!

After 25 years, we returned to Monterey to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our son & grandson. It was wonderful. Great house, amazing view, awesome aquarium visit. Loved walking out the door to the beach. Very beautiful place.

Nice home with many amenities. The view from front window and balcony is so real! Walk anywhere along the beach path to a relaxing beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking in front of house off the street is nice. We thought there were aquarium passes but could not find them. Tried emailing and calling leaving messages but unfortunately no response. So we made do . The house next door is being remodeled so a bit noisy from 8:00-5:00. Otherwise, this place was awesome. Evenings spent peacefully listening to the sounds of the ocean. We will highly recommend you staying here.

The house was the perfect place to start and end our day. We were able to take in the views and spy sea otters, sea lions, seals, and birds from the front room and upstairs balcony. Nice quiet part of town within a short walk to a grassy park and swimming area. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. Highly recommend.

The house was dated and not accommodating for our needs-the living room space shares with the kitchen and was limited. The ocean view was nice but the deck upstairs off the master bedroom was moldy. We had to leave early due to a power outage and we’re not refunded for the last three days.
