enjoy each other. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, bathrooms and room to unpack.
Rooftop for morning coffee and hot tub, regardless of the weather. Quck walk to beach or town for coffee.

We love this property!! We have been coming to this property for many years and we just can't get enough!! The location is perfect and the house is just as advertised. Our group is a family so our ages range from 7 to over 70!!

Enjoyed our stay in September, the location is perfect to walk to the beach or restaurants. The house is also very well equipped with everything you would need.
I agree with some other reviewers though that the master bedroom needs curtains or blinds and it is noisy as there is no door to that room. I'd also say that a room that size should have a king sized bed but that is our preference.

This property was a perfect get-a-way with comfort and luxury. Close to everything you could need.Perfect for walks by the beach. Owner was so easy to communicate with and response time was fast! We had 6 adults staying here and it fit us all. Quiet neighborhood.Our new home away from home in Pacific Grove. Parking is tight, most homes don't have a driveway but this one does, remainder of parking is only on one side of the street. Finding a spot nearby to park for additional cars was never a problem.

Lovely home in Pacific Grove. Quiet and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, Parking could be challenging if you have a large vehicle like an SUV. We were thankful to have the guaranteed parking spot. The kitchen is so well equipped! The upstairs bedroom (master) also has a Keurig just like the kitchen. There is a regular coffee maker but it didn't look as clean as we'd like. The bathrooms also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Body lotion would have been nice but I'm being picky. The outdoor areas were fantastic but we just wished there were 3-4 chairs on the rooftop deck (there were only 2) and that there would have been 3-4 comfy chairs around the outdoor fireplace. Yes, there is tons of seating outside but nothing we could easily use in FRONT of the fireplace. We would bring a foldup chair outback and use a pillow for padding. We weren't ever able to get the whole-home system to work with our phones (both iPhone and Android) as directed and that truly was a nice to have, not a deal breaker. Also, there is a guest book near the front door that was great to gain insight from BUT the book is full and we wanted to add our insight; oh well. Again a great place and I'd recommend it to others.

We stayed for a few nights to kick off our honeymoon and it was tremendous. The property was beautiful, easy to use and all of the extras were very simple to operate (hot tub, fire places, etc.). Would highly recommend for a small group or a couple. The location is fantastic as well. It's quiet and easily accessible to all areas.

We had a fantastic week on the peninsula! We were in town from the East Coast for my daughter's wedding. Location was great and we served as "home base" for my children and visiting friends. Hot tub was a great feature. The driveway is a bit tight for the large SUV rental I had, but my husband was able to back in. (I didn't dare and parked on the street, some times on Lighthouse Ave. ) I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return at some point.

Must have been 50 flies throughout the interior when we arrived. My son-in-law found the access point and secured it and after a few hours we had killed the last of the flies.
Our Ford Expedition was too big for the small driveway so we had to find a spot on the street to park for the time we were there. Not a problem on the face of it until you realize most of the properties on the street did not have on site parking so most everyone was trying to find street parking.
The exterior sauna did not work and the hot tub would not heat very well. There were several features about the property that we enjoyed; however, not enough to merit a return stay at the price we had to pay.

We stayed for 5 nights at this awesome property. The house was fabulous - clean, tastefully decorated, and lots of amenities (hot tub was a favorite) - and walkable to lots of fun stuff (downtown Pacific Grove, check out the boom store) and Lovers Point (nice beach for playing and great walking trail along the water). If our kids were older it would have been walkable to the aquarium. Kitchen was also functional and well stocked. We plan to return!
