Excellent professionally managed property that was central to everything we wanted to do. Two blocks to Canal street and a majority of the parades. Buy a monthly RTA pass and transportation via the streetcars is also right there on Canal. The apartment is very roomy (we were two couples), nicely furnished and the people could not be nicer! Any questions or needs were promptly answered/addressed. We did a bit of cooking and any pots, pans, appliances necessary were either in the apartment or provided upon request. Overall it was an oasis in the madness of Mardi Gras and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

We had no complaints. the property was convenient for all we wanted/needed to do. Parking at Canal Place was convenient but directions from them were incomplete. fortunately help was available by telephone.

This home is literally like a full home in an apartment. The hosts were beyond accommodating and literally provided everything you would need while away on a trip. It will definitely be out go-to the next time we visit New Orleans. A huge plus is the location! You can walk anywhere!

The unit was perfect (and huge) for a group of 6 of us that were traveling down to New Orleans for a long weekend. The location couldn't have been better and the management was extremely helpful, nice, and quick to respond with coordinating the trip (including our late arrival). I would absolutely book this place the next time I travel back down to New Orleans.

We were here for a 3 night girls trip the weekend before Fat Tuesday so naturally we wanted some place close to the action but also safe. This was the perfect place! The day of our arrival, Kristina offered us an upgraded apartment that they just finished renovating, so everything was brand new. The apartment itself was very clean and equipped with everything....including coffee pods and sugar. It was located within the building and entry was easy to access.......you enter into a parlor from the street, get on an elevator to go up to the 3rd floor and go down a hall....so it was very private. The halls and the apartment were decorated very chic and modern. We loved this place! And Kristina was very , very helpful! It is definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend this place!

We were a group of five in town for a family wedding and were trying to remain centrally located with enough space to spread out. I cannot say enough about this location - we were walkable to everything from Canal Street to Cafe DuMonde, Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Acme Oyster House and Felix's are literally less than a 5 minute walk around the corner - you can't do better than this location and, the building was secure with easy access. Also, if you bring a car, which we did we were directed to the Canal Street Shoppes and we able to park at a reasonable daily rate and only a few block walk back. If all of this wasn't enough, the unit manager Alex was in a word, also amazing. He contacted me right after I requested the booking to get some information about our trip and to help us finalize the reservation. About a week before he contacted me again to give me all the information about building access which again he made very easy. The day we arrived I spoke with him again and he welcomed us to New Orleans and made sure I understood he was available if we needed anything. Needless to say it was a fantastic trip and the location of the Toledano property and Alex made it so comfortable and smooth that is was just like being at home but in a much more exciting city!
