It has 1750 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms, and two and half bathrooms. Newly remodeled kitchen, granite counter-tops and new appliances 10/1/2017. Tv’s in all three bedrooms. There is an upper deck and a lower covered porch overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the quiet calm of this beautiful lake. You'll see many species of water fowl, osprey, muskrats, and bald eagles. Rainbow lake is an 110 acre lake that offers outstanding fishing for rainbow trout, bass, northern pike and catfish. Trout fishing is the best early spring through the summer and the lake is stocked numerous times by Arizona Game and Fish during the summer. Rooms are all set at unique angles that offer the best view of the lake. This home is fully furnished and equipped for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Due to our CCR'S rules. No more than 3 unrelated people may stay at our home. A total of no more than 6 guests. It’s all about the view! Quiet, quaint, and clean. It’s a great little getaway to the mountains and close to everything - good food, local shops, massages, yoga, shop local! Walks, lots of hiking and fishing. Rainbow Lake is a gem.

We were very comfortable and cozy in this home. Everything is nearby and the home is just a great pick for all ages because you can just walk outside and enjoy natures beauty all around you. We walked and explored as soon as we walked outside of the back door neighboring rainbow lake.

We love staying on Rainbow Lake with our kids! We've been doing so for almost ten years and have stayed in this house two or three times now. It's a great house with beautiful views and a fabulous location in the Shores. Totally recommend. There's nothing like sunset on the lake. :)

The location is fabulous, very close to the shoreline. The townhouse is well-appointed and very comfortable We enjoyed time on the patio watching the sunset over the lake and watching the many waterfowl who share the lake. Unfortunately, didn't have any luck fishing, but in all fairness, probably didn't give it a good enough try. The owner communicated with us regularly and was super to work with. We found some delicious restaurants but it was also convenient to prepare meals and BBQ at the townhouse. It was a relaxing getaway.

This property was perfect - with the lake right outside the door. We fished all day and some at night, enjoyed the perfect weather, and breathed the fresh air. What a great place to be and we had an absolute fun time!

We had a wonderful time!! The house was cozy and perfect with a spectacular view!! We hit some of the recommended restaurants and explored the town, arts festivals and did a beautiful hike through to Woodland Lake!! We also took a drive to Hawley Lake - so much to do and a wonderful house in a very nice location!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely home right on Rainbow Lake. The property was exactly as described. It was cozy, comfortable and the most peaceful and beautiful setting. Temperatures here 30 degrees cooler than the city. The owner responded very quickly to a check in question and made sure we knew he was available anytime if we had any further inquiries. We liked that it was a gated community. Everything you could need in the closely surrounding towns. Would definitely stay here again. We spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the lake and enjoying all the nature. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the location! No boat dock to personal leave your boat.quite a joke to have to put both trailers in a one car garage and drive way.. Rich HOA that doesn't like their gravel roughed up for parking.please don't touch their pretty Grass. I think I deserve some kind of refund for All the turmoil it was for my husbands 60 th birthday fishing trip. Nothing but called on everyday from HOA. Disappointed

Beautiful views of the lake and very nice location. Enjoyed the mornings and evenings sitting on the back deck and watching the ducks and geese coming and going. Would definitely return!

We were at the condo mid-May. We loved it! Paul is a pleasure to work with. The location adjacent to Rainbow Lake is terrific. We walked out the back door and were standing next to the lake. I caught 5 trout and 13 catfish in two days. Absolutely will be a return visit.

Paul’s lake house has everything you want to get away from the city for a weekend or longer. This townhouse has all the comforts of home and extras if you need to entertain your family and you dogs. It is centrally located in Pinetop which makes it easy to get to all the good local restaurants.

My husband and I wanted a little time away after Christmas so my daughter, her husband, their 2 y/o, and our 2 dogs loaded up the truck for a 3 day decompression. We ate breakfast at Darby's, coffee at Cyclelogical, and way too many trips to Walmart. And then it snowed just the right amount to build a snowman. It was perfect. Although it was explained to us, I don't remember why the water in the lake was so low. It didn't really matter because that wasn't why we were there. The house was cozy, and the gated stairway kept our toddler grandson safe. We did have a problem with the dishwasher, but we were able to talk to Paul, and he helped us resolve the issue immediately. We had a great time and would love to return in the summer for some water fun when the lake is full.

We have been staying at this townhouse annually for almost ten years. The home has everything we need including a breath taking view of Rainbow Lake. Paul is a wonderful owner and very accommodating. Book your stay, you will not regret it.

We had a great stay. This place was stocked with everything you need. The beds and pillows were super comfy. I wish we had the kids with us because they would have loved the loft, kayak and tandem bike. There was gaming systems and movies too. Thank you again 😁

We had such a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and it easily accommodated three adults, two kids and our dog! The owners are absolutely amazing and so easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this place to others and we plan to stay again in the future!

This was our second stay at this property. The location is fantastic - we enjoyed all our meals right next to the lake. Very quiet, even over Memorial Day weekend. We felt that we had the lake all to ourselves. We will definitely be back!
