About this campground/ rv resort rental

Situated in Rainbow Lake, this attractive campground/ rv resort for $153 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy Rainbow Lake with a wrap around deck providing beautiful views of the lake and wildlife. The public launch ramp and fishing dock is right in your front yard. Tuft and Needle beds in the Master (King) and 1st bedroom (Queen). Full size bunk beds in 2nd bedroom (for children only). *Free WiFi* We have window AC units located in the main living room and master bedroom for when the temps get a little uncomfortable. This manufactured home is situated at the northern end of Rainbow Lake in an established setting and I can guarantee it is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Those are my two priorities in which I look for myself when renting a vacation home, which is why we went to the expense of providing a quality cleaning service and purchasing brand new comfortable beds. We were finally able to get a fence put up around the property , YEAH !!!!! We are huge animal lover's and believe everyone should be allowed to bring their furry kids with them on vacation, however due to prior inconsiderate guests with pets who have damaged the property and unable to pick up after their animals, I am now forced to charge a pet fee of $30 ( Per Dog ) (dogs only). We just installed a fence around the property so no worries if you wish to leave your pets outside, they will be properly secured. Also being up in the Mountains, there are natures insects and animals in the area so stay alert. At busy times the traffic in the vicinity can get pretty hectic. You can't beat the beautiful views of the lake while watching the Eagles, ducks, swans, herrings and other wildlife in the area. The lake is stocked with fish and you might even spot the beaver that lives in the lower lake. The spill way (or dam) connects you to the other side of the lake for great walks into the forest campground. I have the cabin next door (listing # 2432108) which you can check out the reviews, and then rent both for a great Family event. Plenty of parking so bring your fishing poles and boat up to have some fun in the beautiful White Mountains!! IMPORTANT INFO: Should you elect to use the INSTANT BOOKING option, no contract to rent is entered into unless the owner and traveler have both signed the owner's written rental agreement and the traveler has paid the deposit. This property is exactly as advertised. The host communicates thoroughly and promptly. The host is very accommodating for your dog’s needs. It has been the only “dog friendly” property we have rented that was thoughtful about our fur babies.

Generally quiet location, large fenced yard that my dog just loved hanging out in and greeting the dog walkers in the neighborhood. Clean and comfortable home. Very comfortable king bed, bathrooms a little dated, but very clean, functional and with good towel sets, bath & shower supplies. Easy access to all local amenities. Enjoyed the cool breeze while sitting on the porch. Enjoyable stay!

Property as described; very clean and only a few steps to Rainbow Lake. Having dock made fishing easy. Husband caught a fairly good size bass. All of us enjoyed the good size fenced yard. Was great for games.

Super convenient you can literally walk to a restaurant or 2 once you cross the lake's dam and walk through a small patch of woods To the main street. Being close to th elake parking lot was not a distraction people were pretty cool and it was quiet.

I loved our weekend getaway with my son’s family and my 2 dogs. We had everything to enjoy our time together: great place, awesome view. My grandkids loved fishing and running with puppies at the secured dog friendly yard. Very well equipped kitchen for all your needs. This place was clean and had a great view right on the lake. The wrap-around porch was amazing to be able to sit outside even when it rained. The owner was a great communicator. This was the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. Would definitely come again!! Enjoyed a very relaxing 32nd anniversary in the cool pines of Northern Arizona.

This is a wonderful dog friendly place with a fully fenced yard. The outdoor deck was the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery around the lake. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has almost everything you need to create a delicious meal. Plus there were extras…foil, plastic wrap and seasonings. The hosts went the extra mile. You will be happy with your choice if you choose to stay here.

The place was exactly what we needed!! Spacious yard for the dogs that is completely enclosed. This is hard to find but we were so thankful for it! Would definitely stay again.

We were in Pinetop for skiing and went up to Sunrise the first day. The second day, though, the weather was too heavy and we just stayed in the house. That turned out to be great! We actually used the huge porch in winter, and the living room and kitchen became indoor hangouts for the day. To be clear, because there are pictures with different furniture in the listing, there is just one living room. Anyway, the place was as advertised and great even for being socked in.

Our family of four plus our dog just stay after Christmas we had a great time! Great location near everything, easy access and great backyard for dogs and kids to hangout. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom clean. We bake cookies! Owner very easy to reach and communicate with. They left us a goodie basket when we check in! Because it is winter didn’t spend to much time on the porch but must be lovely during the warmer days!

My family & I had a nice & relaxing stay at Ron & Melissa's house. We felt at home. Even my dog loved it. It's a fence area so he loved running in the playground. Great communication with the host & great location, right in front of the lake. Very relaxing! :)

Very comfortable home and a very pet friendly! Ron was a great host. There was a problem when we checked in. He responded immediately to get it solved and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We loved the location next to a lake and the fully fenced yard was perfect to let our dogs play.

We rented this cabin as a way to get out of the heat of the valley, enjoy some quiet time and fish! We LOVED the fenced in yard for the dogs and kids and felt secure knowing that they could run around and play without concern. You walk a minute down the road and you’re at the boat launch fishing! I adored the wrap around porch and chair setup to enjoy the morning sun and sunsets. The space inside the home was perfect, not too big but definitely not too small. The hosts were also very communicative and easy to work with! Will be staying again in the future.

This was a nice getaway weekend from the heat of Tucson. Unfortunately we had monsoons during most of our stay so there wasn’t a lot of exploring. But having the view of the lake from the porch was great! The location is a little busy and there’s a lot of traffic, but the lake is literally out the front door. Everything that you’ll need is in the house, which was so convenient. Communication with Ron was great, I would stay here again,

This property had all you could ask for. The home was very clean and welcoming, and had a nice view of the lake. It was so great to be able to let our dogs run around in the fenced yard. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely stay again.
