Description of the apartment -
· Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a glass-enclosed balcony on the 5th floor of an 100-year-old Art Nouveau building, renovated outside and inside. The floors are still the original colorful mosaic, and the ceilings are 9 feet high. There is an elevator, air conditioning, central heating, and a full kitchen with granite countertop, pots & pans, dishes, etc. One full bathroom with toilet, sink, and half-tub with shower. The living room has a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a 21-inch TV, You can see the tips of La Sagrada Familia from the enclosed balcony.
The apartment fits one to four although an occupancy of three-maximum four would be the ideal for the size.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.
Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.
Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

This quaint little apartment was in a great location. It was clean and the hosts were very communicative. The ability to store luggage before/after check in was great and helped us enjoy the city longer. The rooftop patio had a nice view.

The place was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable within easy walking distance of the sights.There was no code for entry and it took about 1/2 hr for the agent to respond to our WhatsApp so check-in was delayed. However luggage storage on our last day was excellent.

We loved this little place! It was within walking distance to most of Gaudi’s masterpieces. There was a wonderful coffee shop called The Miners coffee around the corner. And you could walk to many other restaurants and shops. The place was very cute with the mosaic style tile on the floors. It was small, but very efficient.

With cool weather the heating was easy to adjust then opening the doors to the beautiful street in the day was just right. It’s a small apartment great for a couple or small family. The kitchen and bathroom are tiny but quite functional. The bed was very comfortable and these old builds seem quiet so sleep was great. Just outside are cafes and stores - you can walk 20 ft to coffee . Perfect walking distance for the Gaudi tours of homes and Sagrada Família and the old town . It’s great to be away from the tourist hoarded.
