Brand new appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and finely selected, high quality furniture and appointments. Located in a peaceful and quiet community. Master bedroom located upstairs features high ceiling with queen bed and master bathroom with twin vanity. Second bedroom also located upstairs features high ceiling with one twin/twin bunk bed and one twin/full bunk bed leading into a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen TV's. Downstairs living area has a comfy couch with twin recliners, plush oversized beanbag and (3) bar stools. A 40' hi-def flat screen TV, Bluetooth audio system and blu-ray player for your entertainment. Dining table is large with chair service for six. Walk to the Les Schwab Amphitheater for some of the great outdoor events and concerts. Close to the Deschutes River running through the Old Mill District, Riverbend Park, kayaking, paddle boarding, river rafting, biking...all within walking from this prime location. For some of the best skiing in the U.S., Mt. Bachelor is less than 30 minutes up the road. Just past Mt. Bachelor are some of the most pristine lakes you can find for fishing, hiking, biking. The Mt. We are regular visitors to Bend, and really enjoyed the location of this home. It’s close to all, clean, comfortable, and a great home base. I also appreciated the work space in the loft where I could keep up with work.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was a 10 min. walking distance from a few restaurants a shopping center. Would recommend driving to Old Mill District shopping and restaurants - it was at least a 30 min. walk to those, but worth the stay. Property was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a short stay. We stayed with our two adult children, and they were fine sleeping in the double bunk beds. Thank you for the great stay!

The place is clean and has a nice long garage for your vehicle. This space is definitely better for 1 couple with children and not for 2 adult couples. The main bedroom is comfortable and has a double bed. The second bedroom has bunks that could essentially sleep 5 people. However, the bunks are VERY low and are there for you to hit your head on. I think it would be nicer to have 1 bunk and have the queen bed not have another bunk on top of it (since the max amt of people to stay here is supposedly 6 anyway). The couch is comfortable, dining table nice and big, kitchen is small but usable. There is a bean bag that might be good for kids, but not great for sitting. It also smelled a bit like dog. The gas fireplace is very nice and cozy. The fridge opens away from the kitchen which doesn't work very well. It is very close and walkable (straight down the street down some steps) to a large shopping area and the water, so you can get there and to old downtown Bend walking pretty easily along with several breweries and restaurants. I would rent it again if the second bedroom had a better arrangement for adults to sleep.

This house is located perfectly, it’s close enough to town for shopping and right in the old Mill District! Close to restaurants and a lot of fun activities! There are so many sites to see in Bend.

This place is great if you are staying in Bend especially with a young family. We stayed with our 12 and 8 year old daughters and it was perfect. Bunk beds upstairs for the kids, they loved it. The property is very clean and is located very nicely to the Mill District - 5-10 mins walk. Rob, the owner, was great with the communication, first off giving us tips on places to go and then texting us to tell us the location was ready earlier than the usual check-in time. Prior to us getting their he informed us of an issue with the guest room shower and while this wasn’t a big deal for us, he informed us, when checking in, that it was fixed. All in all a fantastic location and a fantastic rental experience with an owner that obviously cares. We will definitely be back!

My four friends and I rented this property for the weekend and had the most amazing time! It’s a perfect location and a short walk from the beautiful Deschutes River Trail and Old Mill District. Only a mile from downtown and less than a 15 minute car drive from beautiful trails and hikes. The place was perfect with a great setup and very clean. Rob is the best host and very kind and communicative. Couldn’t recommend this place more and I will definitely be returning!

Rob was great before, during, and after our stay. He communicated everything well and thoroughly. Old Mill District is a short 10-15 minute walk down the hill and downtown is a quick 10 minute drive. Home was spacious enough for my husband and I along with our four kids. My daughter wasn’t too keen on sharing a room with her three brothers but they each had their own bed and the room had its own bathroom. No A/C, but it cooled down quite a bit in the evening so we just slept with the windows open. Quiet neighborhood and close to main streets for easy access around town. We’ll definitely be back soon.
