The Downtowner Apartment is a fantastic 2 bedroom/1 bath upstairs hideaway. Surrounded by all that downtown Bend has to offer, this loft style apartment is the perfect getaway within walking distance of the best that Bend has to offer! It is private and is the only unit in the beautiful building. This surprisingly spacious open concept home boasts a gas fireplace, fully appointed, large kitchen, modern bathroom and dreamy patio where you can sip coffee and enjoy the sounds of Bend's beloved downtown! *This home does not have cable. It does offer Netflix and Hulu* ***Pets not allowed*** This home has Air Conditioning 2 Bedrooms - both with queens - Full Bathroom Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Great location for our mid week 2 night stay in Bend! Beds were very comfortable!

This is a great location in Bend, just a block from all the downtown activity. Spacious and clean upstairs apartment with a working fireplace and two bedrooms. Access was easy and instructions were clear. Would recommend and would stay again.
Bathroom counter space is limited if you’re staying with multiple guests, but with only two people it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t change our satisfaction with the place.

Everything was fine except the carpet was really dirty. Is this what my cleaning deposit was used for? I would expect when I checked in that I would be able to sit on a carpeted floor but no way as it was so dirty. In addition the pictures of the deck show a grill. I even called to verify! No gril! Which was one of the reasons I rented this location. I have pictures of carpet and no grill on deck. Also what is the Arrived company? I have been renting from you for years and this is the first time I have had a third party contact me. I am respectfully asking for my cleaning deposit to be returned— I am sure your cleaners told u it was left in good condition

Perfectly located by the heart of downtown. Only issue was, no wifi connection to TV. The pillows need to be replaced. Outside of those minor issues the place is near perfect.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location to walk around and explore bend. Close to the river, breweries, restaurants. The bedrooms are a good size and the unit is very comfortable for 4 adults.

Very nice condo. Spacious. Reserved parking spot a plus. Super convenient walk to downtown. Slow wifi but manageable and definitely not a dealbreaker. Golfed at Sunriver very day -- easy 20 minute drive. Would stay again.

The location was excellent. Walking distance from several shops, breweries, and restaurants. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The internet was a little slow, so Netflix would pause every once in a while. The bed on the right was definitely a lot more comfortable than the left.. but these things were not a deal breaker for us. We would come back for sure!

For the checkin process, I had to reach out to the listing because even after the 4pm check in time I was not given any check in information. The apartment was clean and cute, but the internet couldn't handle us streaming a movie without constantly freezing and buffering. Also, the beds were fairly hard and uncomfortable for my husband and I, and around 4-5am every morning it sounded like loud trucks or garbage trucks were throwing things around. It woke our infant daughter all 3 nights that we stayed.

If you want to be close to downtown Bend, this is a great spot. When in Bend we walked everywhere. Easy to drive to Mt. Bachelor and other areas for skiing, snowmobiling and hiking. Enjoyed the stay, easy to check in and check out. We didn’t need to communicate with the owner as there were no issues!

We spent a week at the apartment. It was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Having a fireplace was a bonus. Great location, close to everything in town. We felt very safe. I would stay again without hesitation

The location was fantastic as we were able to walk to downtown within minutes. However the apartment itself was pretty sterile. It felt like a cheap hotel. I asked the property manager if I could check in early because my flight got in early but they wanted to charge me extra which was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent place but it felt more like a business than a home.

Our experience was overall good. Started off on a sour note, as the check in code we received online was incorrect. This was our wedding week, so it was less than ideal to be standing outside alone with my wedding dress crying at 10:30pm locked out of the home. The hosts phones were not on, so the 1-800 customer service told me to stay at a hotel. The host was less than apologetic the next day, but they did agree to give us a night free and also pay for my one night at the Marriott. The VRBO itself was nice, just frustrating to work with Arrived.

This was such a wonderful spot. It sits a couple blocks from lots of places to eat and shop. Loved the little balcony that we would sit and enjoy a glass of wine. This place is very clean and secure.
