The place is amazing. It is in the middle of nowhere, but it is the beauty of it. It’s like dream country side house, where you come to digitally detox and to NOTHING, but relax (although the WiFi works there fine, you don’t really want to use it) among such an amazing nature. And to be honest, it felt like we came to visit our Georgian relatives - Nati and Ivery are very hospitable and treat you like your own family. They are really incredible, and easy going, ready to help you day and night. Our family loved our stay there, and we will definitely will be back.
Not really what I didn’t like, but to prevent others to NOT LIKE IT - if you have any requests, tell them, and they will do their best to satisfy it (I just made a small comment about something, and next day I found it at my room, even though it was not a request as such). It was really pleasant to find such care. So if you have any comments or request to make your unforgettable stay even more pleasant, just communicate with them.

Iveri House is in such a peaceful and beautiful location, right away from the bustle of Kutaisi. The hosts are so welcoming and kind. Have dinner there - you won’t regret it - we had amazing home cooked barbecue and a huge variety of salads that were really tasty. The breakfast is fantastic too - one of the best we had in Georgia. With a car it is easy to get to sites in the region such as the Prometheus caves.
For a short stay, Iveri House had everything we needed.

A Fantastic Family Stay
A truly wonderful and welcoming family-run guesthouse, perfect if you're looking for peace, relaxation, and nature. The rooms are very clean, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at a very affordable price. The food is excellent and of outstanding quality.
As soon as we arrived, the family kindly offered to take us to visit the waterfalls and the lake at no extra cost. It was an amazing experience and absolutely worth it.
The town is only 20 minutes away, and there is a small shop just a 2-minute walk from the property where you can buy anything you need.
If you're still undecided, this is definitely the right place to stay. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The house was very clean and it is in nice and beautiful location 25 minutes away from Kutaisi in mountains. Iveri and his family is very kind and friendly, his wife made us local chacapuri, and Iveri junior gave us a tour to waterfall, it is the most beautiful place I ever been. If you want authentic and intimate Georgian rest - it is the best choice.
If you plan to drive a car be careful until you get use to the road.
