Great accommodation for our stay in Dublin for a concert. Location great for tram connection to concert and main shopping/tourist area and bus connection to airport. Owner of accommodation was so lovely and welcoming and made our stay comfortable. Also was offered a lovely complimentary drink from the bar
Room was a bit dull could have done with some better lights and a mirror in bedroom
The plumbing needed a bit of work as drainage from sink and shower not great but otherwise all good!

The location is great with great access to transportation. The room is very cosy, the facilities all look fairly new and well kept. The shower has great water pressure, nothing feels old, sloppy or cheap. The room could be considered small in size if you need anything more than a place to spend the night but personally it wasn't a problem for us. Bottled still and sparkling water is refilled in the room everyday free of charge, there's a kettle, coffee, tea and creamer that you can also use for free which came in very handy given the price of coffee around the city. The owner was very nice, was always available and gave great recommendations. Even offered to pour us a beer in the pub when it was closed.
While there wasn't anythig we didn't like we felt like a small fridge would make a big difference. Because there was no fridge we couldn't refrigerate water or get food that required a fridge. If you're travelling in a budget and planning to not eat out every day this could be a problem.

Excellent location, a close walk to everywhere without being stuck in the loud busy temple bar district. Paul was exceptionally hospitable and very accomodating to our late check ins and late check outs. Coco welcomed us with a smile and complimentary drink at the bar each. The rooms were very clean. Couldn’t recommend this enough for your Dublin stay!

Close to downtown and train. Host was super nice and welcoming.
Mostly paid parking around. There is some free and available parking very close but only limited hours. Not the cleanest part of town. Very unimpressed with that. Drug addicts and homeless also meandering around the area.
No refrigerator, fans don’t move much air, pretty noisy with window open but didn’t bother us, few repairs needed to shower and sink.
