The facilities on site.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable and you only get one fob per room. And not enough utensils cupola etc for the amount of people staying.

We had a great stay. Convenient location within walking distance to the centre or a quick tram ride. The rooms were decent, given its student accommodation. Modern with a spacious kitchen with everything we needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They are on hand 24/7 for anything we needed. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

No soap, no ventilation , nothing, just a bed and a pillow(not a good one).
It was so expensive to not have even a soap.
