We were welcomed in and advised that you can help yourself to tea,coffee facilities also bread,fruit cereals etc we thought this was a very nice gesture. Rooms lovely and clean and good size. Lovely view from our window. Close to temple bar area about 5 mins walk. There is a homeless shelter next door but as 2 women we felt safe walking by and never bothered us even later at night.

The equipment and facilities were good. the bathroom was nice. The location was good to be so near the city centre. The shared kitchen, food and drink on offer was a nice surprise. Having a parking space was good but very expensive.
Being so near to a homeless shelter and drug rehabilitation centre - we could smell drugs so had to keep the windows shut.
The beds were small and having a bunk bed over the double bed made the bed frame too short for anyone over 6” tall. The toaster didn’t work.
