Very friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. We had a great view of the River Liffey. The lift was helpful.
Great common area with selection of coffees, teas, fruit, cereal and other amenities available all day.
Location is excellent for easy access to all tourist sites by walking or by bus or tram.
Buses stop right outside the door and across the river. Would definitely recommend the River Inn while you are in Dublin.
Nothing at all! We were warned that a safe drug injection site was nearby but we had absolutely no problem at all and would still recommend the River Inn.

The room was compact but comfortable. Check in/out is all remote so we didn't meet the owner till we'd been there 2 nights but when we did she was lovely and explained all the extras they provide in the fully stocked kitchen/lounge area (tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits etc) which were a lovely bonus.
The roof terrace has great views.
Minor issues, the bathroom layout for example was quirky to make use of the small space and I think the table/chairs could be removed from the room. They're a nice to have but the lounge/kitchen downstairs provides lots of comfortable space and the room isn't really big enough.
Other people have mentioned the homeless/drug support centre a couple of doors away and when we first arrived I was a bit wary but we had no issues.

The equipment and facilities were good. the bathroom was nice. The location was good to be so near the city centre. The shared kitchen, food and drink on offer was a nice surprise. Having a parking space was good but very expensive.
Being so near to a homeless shelter and drug rehabilitation centre - we could smell drugs so had to keep the windows shut.
The beds were small and having a bunk bed over the double bed made the bed frame too short for anyone over 6” tall. The toaster didn’t work.
