Excellent location on a quiet side street but close to the centre of Arugam Bay and all the cafes, bars and restaurants. Quiet location so we slept well. Good air conditioning and fan. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Nice clean pool. Good WiFi.
The staff here are what makes the place. Exceptional hospitality and very friendly and helpful. We would have cancelled our next booking if they had availability but we booked this place because we arrived 2 days earlier than planned and had already booked another place.
Only slight downside was a cockroach in the bathroom the first night and a frog the second night. I killed the cockroach and one of the staff came and took the frog out. This due to some unkept land behind the property and gaps under the door etc. and to be expected in tropical regions. Some door seals/draught excluders might help.

The location was an easy walk to the main road and the tourist end of town. The pool was alright. The staff were very friendly and happy to help.
It was very dirty and the furniture very worn and basic. The floor towel in the bathroom was filthy and the drains smelt sometimes. Electrics were exposed and didn’t feel very safe.
