Situated in Estes Park, this charming condo for $149 per night is a great option for your next break. Town of Estes Park License Number: 6112 Note: the town of Estes Park is engaged in a downtown construction project that ends Jan 2025. Over spring, summer & fall 2024 they might perform some night construction work in the area, so light sleepers would need ear plugs. We want our guests to have a wonderful experience but this is out of our control. Note: please no more than 4 guests as there are only two beds (1 BR + loft) and one shower. The sofa bed might be used only if needed. We want you to have a comfortable stay. Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Please read our cancellation policy below then use the "Request to Book" button to reserve - full payment due at booking. Arrival info email sent one week before your arrival. Great downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets 1 BR + loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. This unit has an enclosed bedroom downstairs and another bed in the open loft upstairs (no door in between loft and living room). Downstairs there's a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, upstairs there's a toilet and a jetted tub. This unit has a kitchen with mini appliances, full size appliances do not fit with the loft layout, so it has a narrow range, a smaller dishwasher and a mini fridge (under the counter top) - please be aware if you plan to cook (most of our guests don't). Condo has river views from front deck, skylight, fireplace, WiFi internet and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town. Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere. Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter. Cancellation policy: 100% 30 days, 50% 15 days. My sister and I took our parents to Estes Park for a mini vacation. We stayed at the Lofts and loved it. We were able to walk everywhere. The property manager AND property owner stayed in touch with us during our vacation to make sure we had everything we needed. Next time we plan to visit Colorado we WILL be staying at this property. I highly recommend this to travelers that want a worry free, comfortable, centrally located property with all the amenities necessary for a perfect stay. My family and I made very special memories here and for that we are grateful!

The place was exactly as described. Helpful hosts. Good value. The only thing I would add is that if you want help getting up for early morning activities, it is great, because the skylight lets sunlight in with dawn. That worked wonderfully for us! But if you want to sleep in and need pitch black to do so, bring an eye mask.

The location was probably the best part about his place. After a long day of hiking we would get back into town, park the car and walk to dinner. You really couldn't ask for a better location! The kitchen is small, although it was bigger that I expected from the description and photos. But for us that didn't matter, we knew we wouldn't feel like cooking dinner after spending our days in the mountains. We will be back to Estes Park some day and will very likely book this place again.

We loved the location of the property. As close as we could’ve been to downtown and super nice to be able to walk to everything as well as quickly swing back in if needed. There is a covered front porch that runs across the front of the building and we really enjoyed sitting out; it felt relatively quiet and private for a shared porch. Property manager was friendly and available if anything came up.
Could use a little maintenance on a some wear & tear items (tp holder stripped out of wall, broken blinds, one of the ceiling fans not functional) as well as conveniences that would be appreciated if available (coffee, dishwasher detergent, full size fridge, usable laundry, extra pillows). We noticed the floors were a little sticky in places, and there was some leftover trash on bathroom surfaces/counters from previous guests.
Overall would absolutely stay here again! We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend.

You are able to walk to just about everything! The kitchen was perfect for us to make our quick breakfast and prepare our lunch for the trail. Area upstairs for the suitcases, backpacks, etc was perfect as well. Easy to get in and out and very close to the park.

This property is a quick walk through a parking lot to the heart of downtown. The king upstairs is very comfortable and the water gets nice and hot. The WiFi works great too (not the case on the majority of our trip this summer!) There is a new mini fridge and dishwasher. The skylight is bright in the loft, so an eye mask may be ideal to pack.

My wife and I stayed at the loft for 4 days from May 29 to 6/1/2023. We had an unforgettable cozy stay. The gentleman i communicated (i guess he is the owner or manager) was very friendly and fullfilled our request promptly. The facility and his service deserve more than 5 stars.
The rocky mountain n.p. was awesome.
I want to revisit the rocky m.n.p. in the fall to enjoy the beautiful scenery at different season. Then i want to stay at the loft again.

We loved the ability to walk to any restaurants.and to the Stanley. The accommodations were great for two couples. Beds were comfortable.
Two comments:
1. we could not find a washcloth in the downstairs bathroom and no washcloth for dishes.
2. The toilet paper holder was not properly mounted in the upstairs bathroom (I probably should have contacted Lucky about that. )
Overall were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

This unit had plenty of room for our family of four. The loft was perfect for our two teenagers and the private bedroom downstairs was great for us! We knew there was only a mini fridge so we came prepared with a cooler to store the extra food. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. We just loved this place and hope to be back in the future!

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Spacious layout with ample areas for privacy AND communal space. Communication with property managers was accessible and helpful.
Property was sufficiently clean and comfortable, with one exception: slightly moldy and dirty shower curtain liner. Never what you want to see when you hop in the shower to clean up after a long day of outdoor activities. The rest of the property was fantastic.
Location is also great - downtown with easy and quick access to local shops, coffee houses, restaurants, etc.. Description was accurate when mentioning that it can get loud at times with traffic on the busy road. Bigger issue, though, is that it is located in a construction zone right now… was woken up early both mornings of my stay to loud construction sounds.
Overall, highly recommend this property. Would just want the shower curtain liner to be replaced. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep in and are a light sleeper!! The construction isn’t a permanent issue though.

All of downtown Estes Park was easily walkable. The loft was clean and had everything we needed. Roadwork outside was a little distracting. I would definitely rent again.

This rental satisfied our needs for this trip, which was for a wedding. We loved the location of the condo because we were able to walk to all of the restaurants and didn't need to rely on our car, except for driving to the wedding venue. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would advise is that you bring earplugs to wear to bed. The condo's heating unit makes some odd noises at night, and because it is located on a busy road, you can hear some traffic noises. Otherwise, it was a nice, comfy stay!

I was in Estes Park for work and I like staying in a home because it's easier to relax, so glad I pick this listing the owner texted me before check-in to let me know it was ready and clean. Once we got there wow what a cool loft so close to downtown! Everything was clean and tidy. There was plenty of parking although some people don't know how to park and take up multiple spots. I would definitely recommend this property, and I will be staying again that's for sure!

We needed a place to recharge and hang out in between shenanigans, this place was perfect. It was great for 4 people. It was clean and comfortable. Lucky, the property manager was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay with this owner again.

Great place to stay! Right by everything. The co do was easy in and out. Nice loft. The only thing was a dorm sized fridge. We had planned to cook while there and the fridge was too small for pretty much all of our groceries. The temp was 50 when we got there and it took 4 hrs to warm up. But overall a great place! Definately stay there again.

We recently stayed here for our annual winter anniversary trip to Estes Park. The property was absolutely beautiful with the super high ceilings, wood detailing and fireplace. You also can’t beat the location! You can walk anywhere downtown from the condo and it’s right by the stunning river walk. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!
