The location was great with nice views and very quiet
Breakfast should have proper pies and coffee. Soluble coffee in Italy is a bit weird!

Host & Check-in: Communication with the host was very fast and responsive. He kindly allowed us to check in early at 11:00 instead of 14:00, which was extremely helpful for our schedule!
Location & Views: The location is ideal, just a minute's walk from the main street. The view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful!
Parking: There is a large private parking area near the hotel where we always found a spot easily. It is an open-air lot, so keep that in mind if it rains.
Facilities & Amenities: The hotel features a pool—though unfortunately it was rainy, so we couldn't use it with our baby. However, there is a sauna available for guests, which was a nice touch. While the hotel doesn't offer on-site laundry services, there is a laundromat in the nearby village just a 7-minute drive away.
Room & Daily Service: The room size was good, and the facilities were very comfortable. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping service with fresh towels provided every day.
Hotel vs. Apartment Notes: Since it is a hotel rather than a self-catering apartment, keep in mind that amenities like hot water (for baby bottles) or a fridge are located in the main hotel areas rather than directly in the room.
Breakfast: The included breakfast was good, and it was very convenient having it provided on-site each morning.
Overall: Excellent value for money—we had a great stay!
Room Amenities: Since it is a hotel rather than a self-catering apartment, keep in mind that amenities like hot water (for baby bottles) or a fridge are in the main hotel areas rather than directly in the room. It would be great to have a basic mini-fridge or an electric kettle directly in the room in the future.
Accessibility / Stairs: There is no elevator in the hotel. To reach the second floor from inside, you need to take the stairs. However, from the side of the building, there is a gentle uphill path, which is a great option when you have a baby stroller and luggage. Even with that path, there are still 4–5 steps to climb, but it was not a big deal for us.

Beautiful hotel, felt very homey and quiet. The view was fantastic too. Loved that there was a pool, but we got there too late to swim and the weather was bad the next day.
We thought we would be able to walk safely to dinner but didnt feel comfortable on the busy road. Earlier in the day may be different though.
