Best of all, it's less than 100 feet to the beach access! Topsail Island is a 26 mile barrier island located off the coast of North Carolina approximately forty miles north of Wilmington. The beach is wide, clean, and never crowded. Your family can enjoy swimming, body surfing, or boogie boarding in the warm water. Beautiful house inside and out. Loved the fact that we were so close to the beach. We could see the beach from our house. The interior of the house was very unique , lots of personality. Our stay was very enjoyable . The last day was perfect on the beach. The water was the most beautiful aqua and the temp was ideal.

This house was perfect in every way! So close to the beach, perfect for families, loves the outside porch! The outside shower made everything easy! Grocery store and restaurants close! We would definitely stay here again! Perfect home just bring your own blender!

The Honeycutt’s home was a perfect location to enjoy the beach with friends. They layout is perfect for multiple families and the short walk to the beach if perfect for little kids. The home was clean and well stocked!

We had the best time at Honeycutt Haven! Perfect size for 9 total with 2 teenagers, and 7 adults. The loft is perfect for the younger ones to play games, etc. just great all around.

If I was a selfish person I would not be honest with this review in order to keep this gem a secret. Amy and Ben are wonderful hosts. Very quick to respond to communications. The pictures of the home are 100% accurate. It is so beautiful and the cleaners left it sparkling clean. The entire family agreed that we would love to come back to this house again and again. Thank you Amy and Ben.

Fabulous spacious house within walking distance to a gorgeous beach! There is just enough room to spread out and have moments to yourself to enjoy the view of the ocean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The house also has a special hidden gem for children, and adults alike; I won’t give up the secret on my review but it was a lovely surprise! The host Amy is very kind, responds quickly & genuinely cares about her guests. We are already making plans to come back soon!

The only thing is this is the only vrbo that i have rented with out bedding? Makes for an extra cost when traveling but it is in the fine print! Overall great house and wonderful location.

This house is a close walk to a beautiful beach, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s evident that Amy takes good care of the place. We felt very comfortable staying there, like we were visiting a friend’s home. We appreciated having a well equipped kitchen, a quality gas grill to cook on, comfortable furniture, and a fantastic porch with great view. Amy provided an email with information about the area which was also appreciated. It was a blessing to be there.

Our visit was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had all our kids and grandkids. This home was absolutely perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was clean and decorated nicely. The house was laid out perfectly. The kitchen was well supplied. We had all the pots and pans and bowls needed to create our family dinners. There were so many appliances. No details were overlooked. The house is a short walk to the beach. The beach was amazing, not at all crowded. At times, we felt like we had a private beach. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the view of the ocean. The outside shower was very convenient. There is a bonus nook that has a daybed. It was perfect for our teenage daughter. The home is beautiful and cozy, we created so many wonderful family memories during our stay. Thank you for an amazing week and thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

We were hoping for a "nice" place and got a great "home atmosphere" at Honeycutt Haven with the bonus of a view of the ocean from the front deck and just 100ft between us and the ocean! The house had everything we needed and Amy and Ben couldn't have been more helpful. There were bright, sunny rooms with TV, games, movies and every appliance we could have needed. Happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, modern, well equipped, close to the beach place to spend time with family or friends or better yet both! Oh, and the price was very reasonable, always a plus. Thank you, Amy and Ben

This was the first time in our 20+ years stay at Topsail that we got a house and so glad we found Honeycutt Haven! This is going to be our go to vacation house for many years to come. The house is just perfect, has everything you need for preparing meals and just relaxing. The bedrooms are a great size and there is even a little hideaway one for “little” guests! Having 3 full bathrooms AND an outdoor shower were another huge perk. The covered driveway was perfect for us to play our corn hole games after a day on the beach, glad we brought it! Sitting in the rocking chairs on the covered deck was just so relaxing too, you have a perfect ocean view from the deck. The walk to the beach access is so close to the house. Communication with Amy was off the charts! Any time I had a question she responded within an hour, that is just fantastic! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, can’t wait to book for next year!!!

This was a fantastic home with all that you could ask for - spacious, well equipped with extras (outside shower is great, two sitting areas, games for the children...), extremely clean, right at the beach (with a view of the ocean). Amy was delightful and helpful with communication. Our family enjoyed the time together and the opportunity to stay for the first time at North Topsail Beach.

We had an amazing mini vacation here! The house is gorgeous, spacious, and clean. The beach is so close; about a 2 minute walk away to the uncrowded beach. The outdoor shower is so convenient when coming back from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the daybed nook is adorable! We will definitely be coming back!

Less than a minute walk to the beach. Beautiful house inside and out. Enclosed outdoor shower. Plenty of space to spread out inside for quieter moments when needed. My daughters loved the daybed room and the bunk room. Downstairs mud room also a great space. Spacious space in all the right places! If I would suggest one thing, it would be to add a few more deck chairs/rocking chairs. Downstairs rocking chairs were a nice quiet getaway as well with plenty of beach wind to keep it comfortable! We would definitely return!!
