We had a great stay. The deck on the water and pool were wonderful and where we spent our time when at the house. The house had everything we needed: full kitchen, linens, etc. Plenty of bedroom space.

We were thrilled to have chose this city for our best friends celebration. Alex was a great host and super helpful throughout the check in process and even during our stay. The view and amenities are worth every penny and we will return in the future for more St. Petersburg adventures. Thanks Alex

This is one of the few homes in the area that can accommodate a large group comfortably, offer a beautiful and spacious yard on the water, and provide an abundance of amenities. Our trip was made extra special because of this unique property.

• Tired/ outdated decor
• Blood on bathroom walls, floor and bathroom mat (mat not cleaned after issue was raised, floor and wall were cleaned but not to high standard)
• Some LED lights on the palm trees were half broken
• pool pump on at night time, making noise (when we were sat outside), pool guy unable to change timer as it was under lock and key
• the red book (their "bible" on the house) was unclear and contradictory with little practical advice (e.g. no information on how to lock/ unlock the front door, turn off pool pump manually, check out time not mentioned, no advice on if it is safe to swim in the Bayou)
• Shuffle board table unwaxed
• Gym equipment unlubricated and tired
• Problems with the locks on the doors (potentially dangerous)
• Alex and Bobbi both rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Bobbi accused Jakob of lying and called him a "kid" (he is 29 years old).
• No apology from Bobbi for rudeness after apology was requested
• Poor communication from hosts (Bobbi was in the garage on the morning of checking out and we hadn't been informed she was coming)
• Most clocks in the villa were stopped/ wrong
Other than that, it is in a lovely location and the neighbours seemed nice.

The house and property were absolutely amazing. We had 20 girls and we all fit comfortably. There were a ton of imenities and Alex was super helpful. The pool was incredible! 10/10 would recommend!

The house was everything and more. We went there for a week for my sons birthday with a large group and there was so much room. The pool was amazing we didn’t even need to leave the property. Definitely will go back.

We had a great weekend at Alex's house in St. Pete. Our group of 15 had plenty of space with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool/outer area is fantastic and we spent most of our time there. Easy car ride to the beach, bars & restaurants. Really nice stay!

We had a large group of about 18 women stay on property in honor of my getting married next month and we had an absolute blast. The house provided ample space with an amazing amount of amenities. Check-in was incredibly easy and it was helpful to have the walkthrough of the house. There were quite a few stringent rules but nothing you can't handle if you're cognizant of them. When I booked the house, I only remember seeing "heated pool" but it is actually a solar-heated pool, and it was a fairly cool weekend in March so we didn't get to use the pool (it was too cold and didn't heat up high enough) so that was a bit disappointing but the views were amazing and the outside space is still plenty big and set up for hanging out with a large group. When we were cleaning up and about to leave the last morning, I found it odd that the owner was in his car right outside the property with the cleaner waiting for us to vacate a good 30 min before our check out time. That felt a little unnecessary and a bit like an intimidation tactic but Im guessing he was just trying to get in and assess that nothing had gone wrong/flip the house in time for the next group. All in all, a truly awesome stay in a one-of-a-kind house that really contributed to the weekend.

Alex was very accommodating and helpful and this property has incredible sunrise and sunset views. Most of the bedrooms are on the second floor, but the floor plan provided is accurate! The best features include the kitchen and the patio area. Our group of 17 had plenty of space.

16 of us stayed here for 3 nights for a bachelor party and had a great time. The house was as promised and the host greeted us during check in to walk us through the home and amenities. We would stay here again.

Overall the stay was excellent. There were some minor concerns - kayak seats are broken so they were not really usable and the pool is heated by solar and was not usable during our stay as the water didn’t get above 70. On the plus side, our guests were able to fish off of the dock and we enjoyed our time doing that in between events.

We were in St Petersburg for a family wedding with our four kids, spouses and eight grandchildren ages infant to 8. The suites, kitchen, game room, pool and dock (with kayaks) were perfect for our multigenerational group.

This property is in a beautiful location, and the house does not disappoint! There are so many things to do onsite...and so much to do offsite! We had 15 family members staying in the house...all ages...and everyone had a wonderful time. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, swimming, the gym and the game room. Plenty of sleeping places for everyone. Alex's sister was reachable to assist with our questions. Gorgeous views and lovely sunsets. We had a group of stay at this house this past weekend and we will never rent another house from this home owner.
There are cameras in all of the rooms and the house was not very clean. We lost power for 18 hours of our 3 day trip and Alex, the home owner, didn't nothing to help or compensate. On top of that, he told us 2 separate check out times was extremely rude when he walked in the house unannounced asking why we were still there. This was at 1030am and I show him where he wrote down a 11am check out time. I also told Alex that the dish washer was broken and he proceeded to charge me $1,000.00. For something that we did not due!!! He also try to charge "fines" for everything. ON TOP OF THE CLEANING FEE.
One of the rooms had blood and stains on the pillow and sheets. The pool and house was not clean. If you rent this house, BEWARE, the picture make it look way better than it truly was.

We had a wonderful family reunion at this home. It has a beautiful and relaxing location on the water. The pool is fantastic for both small children and adults. The house is large with lots of beds and sleep spaces. The kitchen is very large and works great for group cooking. We primarily used the beautiful outdoor spaces during the day. It is just a few miles drive to downtown for those that want restaurants and shopping.
