About this house rental

Nestled in Scottsdale, this attractive house for $185 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This beautiful house can sleep up to 6 in the bedrooms and even more with inflatable mattresses. It has been remodeled and nearly everything is new. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pool, grass for pets, golf, shopping & restaurants are just down the road! There are 2 grocery stores within a mile of the house - Fry's & Safeway. The house has a 2-car garage along with streaming TV. We have provided all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable - Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, grill, smoker, wine opener, can opener and more! The pool has a heater and is subject to a $300 heater usage fee to fill the propane tank, if you want the pool heated. Refills are the responsibility of the guest. If you don't want the heater, you are free to use the pool at no charge. We do accept pets and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. Our calendars are ALWAYS up to date, so if it shows available for your dates you are good to go. Welcome to sunny Scottsdale!

This vacation was one of the BEST we have had. My mom and I met with my 2 sons and their significant other's (Phoenix was our 'halfway point') and the house was the perfect set-up. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We even baked a birthday cake for my son's 24th birthday and had access to baking pans and a mixer. We enjoyed the backyard and pool. The weather was still warm so we didn't need the pool heater. Great neighborhood and close to everything. We even joked about how picture perfect it was with the cute bunnies bouncing around between the houses.

What a beautiful home! My husband and adult children were in town for a surprise birthday party. Even though we enjoyed the festivities of being with friends and family we couldn’t wait to get back to our beautiful VRBO. The neighbor was so quiet. So relaxing! Floating in the pool in the evening was what we enjoyed. The beds, pillows and overall accommodations were exceptional. We would book again in a minute. Thank you Steve for your flexibility as our group went from one son staying with us to two daughters joining the fun!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were here for my husbands work with our little maltipoo. The pool was awesome, that’s where I spent my days. The home is convenient to awesome restaurants and shopping. When we are in Scottsdale this is where we will stay if it’s available.

The listing says the house was recently remodeled and it shows. Beautiful kitchen, equally beautiful patio/pool area out back. Huge master bath and closet. Comfy furniture. Super quiet neighborhood close to a lot of amenities. 10/10!!

We lived in this area and wanted to visit again. Great location. The house was super clean to walk into and the Ac was already on and the house was cooked off and smelled clean. Pool was awesome.

The house was in a great location with plenty of stuff around! It was so hot out so we lived in the pool and inside where the AC worked great. The house had everything we needed and the owners/property manager were amazing and very easy to communicate with. We loved having the garage available as well. Thank you so much!

This home was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Neighborhood is peaceful, house was clean and close to stores and restaurants. Property management and owner very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

We came to Scottsdale for spring training with our family. We enjoyed the house and the location was great. Very clean and convenient to grocery store, restaurants, etc. my only complaint is the problems we encountered with the pool. I did not know that if you want the pool heated, that getting the propane tank filled is only available on certain days. I assumed that once you agreed to pay to have the pool heated, it would be ready upon arrival. We arrived on Monday, had the tank filled on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, the heater didn’t work. The owner was apologetic and refunded our money, but our kids were still pretty disappointed.

We had a great time. The house was clean and had most of what we needed. Still trying to figure out what to expect at a VRBO. Kitchen needed a little attention to some missing items. Didn't have shampoo or soap. The owner was very attentive to helping us with any missing items

I loved the backyard and seating around the pool. The large kitchen was unexpected but we did not do any cooking. The beds were comfortable but I could have used more reading light. Towels and linens were good quality. We were only there few days but this would work for a much longer stay.

A friend and I just got back from a four day golf and shopping getaway. This house was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. It's very close to multiple golf courses, and excellent shopping and dining. The private back yard with pool is also nice for some relaxing time in the sun. All said, everything we were hoping for. Thanks so much Mara and the Andreggs for a wonderful stay!

This well- kept property is in a nice, quiet, centrally located neighborhood in Scottsdale. It was convenient to several major roads but also quiet enough for my husband and I to go running along the washes. We didn’t cook while here but the kitchen was very well equipped for those that would like to. The pool heated up quickly and was, of course, our kids favorite part!
