Located in Key Colony Beach, this charming house for $494 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Find your Happy Place at this beautiful Coral Lagoon Villa Town home with canal-front views. It is located in Coral Lagoon Resort Villas & Marina, where you will also have your own assigned dock space # 42 for your boat. Spend your Florida Keys vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with an additional Full/Queen sized sleeper sofa in the Living Area. This Key West-style Townhome is located on nearly 6 acres of lushly landscaped property, and gorgeous views of the Canal from both the First Level and Second Level Balconies to further enjoy your relaxing vacation. Shaded outdoor seating on both upper and lower balconies provides great entertaining and lounging areas for guests. You can even use the fully equipped kitchen while entertaining guests sitting at the breakfast bar. This home is conveniently located in a resort-style community with a beautifully landscaped pool area and close proximity to shopping, charter boats, and tourist attractions. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. *** BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE: Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate. These fees are not included in the cost of the villa. No trailer storage reservations are needed. When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles. Resort-Style Community Assigned Dockage near the Marina Areas (Please refer to Dock Assignment Photo)

We have stayed here before and loved the location! We love walking to Curlys in the morning for our coffees, sitting on the porch and then enjoying what Marathon offers with fishing, relaxing in the sun, walking, restaurants, heading to Key West! We love this house, it has everything we need and the host is so kind and welcoming!

We booked to stay in coral lagoon due to the boat slip. The marinas boat slips are not conducive for smaller boats. The townhome was nice and for the most part clean. However, the stairwell railing and all of the light fixtures were extremely sticky. And appeared to have sticky film all over them. The stairs also had carpet which was very dirty and smells musty and a mildew smell. We stayed for one night and had 5 nights booked. We prefer no carpet. Please make sure to properly clean stair railings and all fixtures. Also, the bedding is cheap material.

Beautiful house on a canal. Spacious enough for all 5 of us. Location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do as well as shops and restaurants. If you wanted to bring your boat it would be right outside your back door.

Four dive team members came down to help restore Looe Key Marine Sanctuary in coordination with Reef Renewal USA. Rented this space and it was just absolutely perfect.
Unit was sparkling, everything we needed for a short week was there. Bedrooms were all well appointed and very comfortable. Half bath in the main floor was great surprise.
Would rent again in a heartbeat. Hope to have it as a constant, since we come down every year for coral work with Reef Renewal.

This was a spring break trip for myself, my husband, and my kids. We rent VRBOs and the like at least 4 times per year. ***PROS: Management company's communication & info. Balcony and back patio decks, boat slip access (my sister's family utilized this as they were in another villa), villa back view, AC was cold, beach towels provided were nice, end unit with less noise, the pool area was well kept, parking, & location. ***CONS:
For the nightly charge which was more than 60% of 1K each night - the following are completely unacceptable: Deck chairs are hard & uncomfortable, Fridge doors and shelves and drawers are broken with some completely missing, the BEDS were comparable to a low end truck stop motel (bulging in the center and creaking whenever you moved on the bed), BEDDING WAS NOT THE DUVETS SHOWN IN PICS - but instead extremely rough and pilled OLD bedspreads, there were ZERO extra blankets in the villa (and none on the bed other than the worn bed spread). No HDTV. No shampoo or bath soap provided. Only 2 pillows provided on the master bed that were not comfy. Light bulbs out or completely missing in at least 5 different lamps and light fixtures. No martini shaker, no martini glasses. Furniture looks thrown together from discount stores. Overall the inside of this villa looks used and abused, needs about 20K put into in to revamp and bring it up to par with other rentals in the complex. Would definitely return to this location but would rent a different unit.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect and allowed privacy. The location in Marathon is great. The complex is right off of Overseas Hwy but you never heard any car noise at all!!! Next time we would look into renting a boat. We just had other plans this time already. Place was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Everything we needed.

Nice property - roomy and bright. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Nice decks and outside seating and a well stocked kitchen. The pool area is very nice also. Check out Sunset Beach for a quaint sunset sing along. Not a big deal but you cannot fish from shore in the slip or the marina - I was planning on it and was a little bummed. Like I said though, not a big deal. Would rent again.

We stayed at this property for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is fully stacked and beds are comfortable. The starter kits of soaps and detergents are a nice touch. Check in and check out was very easy. Sandy was very responsive and helpful with questions. We loved sitting on the patio eating breakfast together. There are many things to do in the area. We rented a boat.
The only improvement could be electronics downstairs. We would recommend this property.

Loved the property. Best equipped kitchen ever. Very comfortable furniture to sit on, have had real issues with other properties. Only issue, the sound on the living room TV was difficult to hear and the Boise Sound Bar needs hooked up.
All appliances worked, greatly appreciated.

Our group of 6 adults, traveling from Va and Tx to attend a family wedding, found the location great. We did a sunset cruise, snorkeled, and went to the Turtle Hospital, all close by in Marathon. And we did a day trip to Key West. The house was comfortable and a nice place to relax between activities. We also enjoyed the pool.
