Nestled in Stinson Beach, this charming house for $365 per night is a great option for your next vacation. For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place! This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decked area with BBQ and comfy seating as well as down comforters on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard. This beach house is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends... IMPORTANT NOTE : THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS IN THE BACKYARD. Several neighbors are permanent residents and would be adversely impacted by excess noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 6. We value a positive relationship with our permanent neighbors -large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Located in Stinson Beach Village just steps to the beach. House has Mt. Tam views. Perfect for one/two small families or two couples, this beach bungalow is adorable. Private, sunny, enclosed backyard with BBQ, comfy seating and hot tub. Pets are negotiable. Lovely house. The most comfortable beds! Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and outside patio were great for late afternoon lounging after a day at the beach (which was steps away, btw) Owners were great with communication and lovely to deal with. We stay in Stinson a lot. We like this area of the beach and this is one of the better houses with beach access. We will be back!

We booked this stay with the hopes of leaving the valley heat and enjoying time at Stinson Beach and the surrounding area.
We brought our dog and all three of us enjoyed our stay and the amenities inside and outside.
The property is well maintained and it is evident that the owners care about their rental and want visitors to enjoy their stay.
Very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was a dream to sleep on and the quality of the bed coverings was excellent!
Karen was excellent to work with and very accessible, friendly, and helpful.

Karen's property was just as described and looked even better in person than in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The outdoor spaces were great for sitting and reading/relaxing. The house was clean and it was an easy walk to the beach at the end of the block. We loved our stay at this super cute, cozy beach house on Stinson Beach with our family of six adults and a small dog. The house is in a quiet area about 30-40 yards away from the beach. It has a fenced in, nice yard with hot tub and BBQ. High fencing offers good privacy in backyard. There’s easy access around the side of the house to wash off after an afternoon at beach. You can hear the waves from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a market nearby for any extras we needed. Market is pricey so we were glad we brought most of our food with us. Kitchen and front room tables were good for cards and playing games. The WiFi connection was good. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this rental and beach experience!

Weather during long weekend was sunny so basked in the sun on the back deck and went for walk on the beach. It was also rainy one day amd chilly at night so turned on the gas fireplaces and played some board games from the well stocked game cabinet. Wonderful stay.

This cottage looks tiny from the street and my tall husband was nervous as we walked in, but it turned out to be perfect! It's clean and cozy with plenty of room for a family of five, thanks in no small part to the awesome outdoor space in the back. And the beach, of course! The beds were super comfortable and the owner was really responsive and helpful. The one downer was that the hot tub was leaking so we had to keep filling it up, meaning it never really got hot enough, but I'm sure that's been fixed. This was a delightful house and we had a great stay.

My family loved staying here even though we got very rainy weather. The house heated up nicely with the gas oven and the hot tub warmed us up as well! The beach is at the end of the block and town is in walking distance.

After a bumpy start on day 1 (septic alarm at 4:45am and electrical issues that affected the front room of the house), we had a great time. And the hosts were super apologetic and helpful, even at 4:45am!
It was a winter stay, so we had the heaters cranked up and it was totally cozy! The beach really is just a half block away and we made the most of it, with long walks and incredible winter sunsets.

We completely enjoyed our Stinson getaway at this adorable property for my wife and myself. This house is perfectly furnished with not too much and not too little. Everything that we needed was available to us through this property. From cooking our favorite meals to less than one minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this beach house .

Steps from the beach, this lovely cottage has everything you need for a relaxing and cozy stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable, the sofas recline, and there are two fireplace heaters that heat the space amazingly well and add to the ambiance. Highly recommend!

Authentic Stinson beach shack, carefully updated for all the modern comforts and conveniences. The beds were wonderful, and we enjoyed lounging and hot tubbing on the back patio after a day at the beach, which is just a few houses away. Stinson shops are a short walk. While small, thoughtfully laid out and could accommodate more than our small group. Highly recommend for a cozy and affordable stay at the beach!

Exactly as described and seemed even bigger and cleaner than the photos! Had everything we needed and the beds were all super comfortable. Loved the hot tub too. Easy check in and lots of helpful notes so we never had the need to contact the host which is kind of perfect!
This house is just a few houses away from our favorite beach- super soft sand and small waves that are perfect for younger kids to play in. Also an easy walk to town to eat. Overall a perfect vacation and would definitely stay here again!

This cute cottage on Calle Del Embarcadero (the last Calle before the Patios) is small but mighty! Location is great. It is Next to the beach so we could go several times per day. Owners were easy to communicate with and it all went smoothly.
Karen, the owner, is very thoughtful in her decor and house set up. It’s very clean. We had six people and it was great. Our family of four, plus my parents (two senior citizens) had a great week. There is a comfortable living room with some new couches that have a reclining feature. She also has 3 big screen TVs, which all work great if you do streaming TV like we do. We use Netflix and Hulu.
There are 3 small but comfortable rooms. The first room is one with two twin beds which our twin boys (almost 12) loved. They played video games and talked to their friends and hung out on their own at night and appreciated their own space.
There were two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The linens were soft and both have down comforters.
The kitchen was well- appointed also. There are enough knives, pots and pans etc. we washed one load a day and that was sufficient. The yard was not big but was great and functioned like another room. There’s a seating area, hot tub and outdoor table. We spent a lot of time sitting outside, and we went into the hot tub every day after the beach.
Things to bring: condiments (ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce etc. although there is olive oil and spices), coffee, tea (there was some tea leftover there). Bring coffee filters as they ran out when we were there. I ended up just using the French press. You also need to bring your own beach towels and beach furniture (we brought chairs, a mat and an umbrella). I would also bring bug repellant (a few of us got bitten by mosquitoes outside). The house is dog Friendly (with an extra fee) but we were careful to take care of the house and made sure we picked up after our dog and he already knows he can’t jump on the furniture.
Finally, this place is definitely not good for a raucous crowd. It’s right next to the neighbors on 3 sides. We were fine with our two boys and my senior parents. But for a family or a few friends, it’s perfect! After 8 pm we tended to go Inside. Overall, we had a memorable time and for the price we paid (360/night before all the fees, taxes etc.), we’ll definitely be back. Thanks Karen and Tony!!!!

We had a fantastic time with grandparents and kids. Perfect location to go to Napa or the city. Drive is a little long but worth it for views and location. Owner had excellent communication and perfect place for us to call our homebase. Thank you for such a fun stay!
