Nestled in Capitola, this attractive condo for $619 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 'Newly Remodeled' beachfront condo is located right on the beach in Capitola that has some of the best weather on the central coast. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and the ocean with your family and friends. Open up the French doors, take 3 steps and you are in the sand. Enjoy a full ocean view on the seawall where you can relax right outside your front door. Downtown Capitola is a block away where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. Or you can go for a stroll on the pier and drop your fishing line in the water. There is a golf course and shopping less than 5 miles away. Santa Cruz is 15 minutes away where you can visit the Beach Boardwalk where there are rides, games, and a roller-coaster. Visit the excellent wineries less than 1/2 hour away. Keywords: Condominium

Perfect beach house right on the water. Beautiful views morning, noon and night. Great location to get away from it all.

What a great home and location. On the beach, very comfortable, and a short walk to downtown Capitola.

The house was super clean and just as pictured. The host Mary Ann was easy to communicate with. I did not read super thoroughly when booking as she is clear that linen's and towels are not provided. It just made it a lot more to pack for a family of four and we had to bring Paper Towels & TP.

Location, location, location!
The windows opened to a full ocean view!!!
Practically on the sand with a view of Monterey Bay and Lagoon.
Easy walk to restaurants and shops.
Monterey Bay is just a few steps away across the sandy beach.
Unit clean and fully appointed including beach toys, beach umbrella, chairs that can be taken out and put in front of unit, etc.
A beach stay does not get any better than this!

My family has been renting on Capitola beach for about six years now. This was our first stay in this unit and it was great. This unit is beautiful and updated. It has plenty of kitchen tools and space to spread out for a one-bedroom. My kids loved the bunk beds and the grandparents said the pull-out couch was comfortable; it is a gel foam mattress and they slept on it each night with no complaints! There are chairs to set out in the front but there is not shade, so we used mainly in the morning and evening. It would have been nice to have an umbrella so the grandparents could have sat outside more with the kids. We stayed on a weekend and were worried about the noise from the restaurants but it was not bad at all. The music ended at a decent hour and with the windows closed, no problem. The front door was a little tricky to open/ lock and unlock but with a few attempts, it was figured out. Overall, it was a nice location and we would stay again. We love Capitola and look forward to it every year!

It was truly a privilege to be able to stay in this historic condo in the most spectacular location. Sitting in the kitchen having breakfast with our almost two year old over looking the beach/ ocean/ nature was absolutely priceless. My husband and I were able to enjoy a glass of wine on the porch and feel like we were in the middle of all the action while our baby napped. We got a great parking spot and did not have to drive the entire time. Definitely are planning a trip back. Mary Anne was so responsive whenever anything came up.

For the minute we open the door and saw the beautiful cute little beach house we were in heaven everything was clean and in order super comfortable my family was able to relax and enjoy the weekend without any worries can’t wait to stay there again.

This place has everything you need and has been kept in very nice condition. It was extremely clean and the location could not be better. Just open the French doors and you’re staring at the ocean. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops as well

Beautiful condo in a perfect location - on the beach and walking distance to Capitola Village. Whether you want to spend your days with your feet on the seawall enjoying the view or exploring the area this property will work for you. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to booking this property again. Our host was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was the best it could be.

Our stay was awesome. The owner was very communicative and responsive. She called a few days before the trip and provided information such as parking, check in, etc. We arrived at the property without any issues (parking in the area can be challenged but we were lucky to find a spot right by the property). We stayed there for two nights so we didn't need to use the car during our stay and just roam around the neighborhood and eat at the local restaurants (a very short walk from the property). The property is on the quiet side of the beach and towards the end so it was nice and quiet during our stay. The space was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids). The kitchen is newly remodeled and looks well stocked (we didn't cook during our day so didn't take advantage with what's there). We had one tiny mishap during our stay where my lovely hubby accidentally ordered a sport package on the tv and cost the owner an hour on the phone trying to cancel the service while she's out of town. A word of advice, please tell your hubby to hands off the remote control while on vacation with you :) Other than that, it was a fabulous experience and we love every minute of our stay.

We needed a change of scenery due to covid and needed a getaway- This space was it for us! You will be at peace, stress-free, and relaxed when you stay here. It has everything you need. Three days of having the ocean as your front lawn was amazing! Definitely at the top of my list as one of the best rentals I have stayed.

Stayed at this wonderful on-the-sand Venetian unit over New Years. It’s a wonderful balance of form AND function. The furnishings were so warm, comfortable and functional they almost surpassed the view of the beach and waves. The owner could not have been more supportive and accessible, making this stay ideal for our small family.

Very clean, beautiful interior. Modern kitchen. Heat works well, and of course, the view. Only drawback is it's the entry point for beach access for folks using a shortcut (they stop right in front of the rental's door facing the water and hop the stone wall to the sand) so not private. If that doesn't bother you, it's perfect!

This property couldn't be more perfect! We smiled from the time we arrived. The joy we felt while staying at Mary Ann's piece of heaven can't be described. Park your car when you arrive and you don't need to get it it again until you leave. Mary Ann was a pleasure to work with, great and quick communicator. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back for a future visit.
