Nestled in Ocean Beach, this charming condo for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. College students and traveling nurses please contact host for monthly discount due to covid 19. Clean and isolated, 1 block from beach! This is the only unit that has its own private patio space with outdoor furniture! Property is great and suitable for large group reservation like Company Events or Yoga Retreats as it can host a maximum of 24 people when all 4 units are booked. Contact host for large group or monthly discount! AMENITIES: Totally remodeled including new furnishings, linens, towels and appliances. Full size appliances in Kitchen with spices, olive oil and cooking utensils for family cooking. Bathroom has towels, makeup remover, hair dryer and straightener and basic toiletries for your needs. Hand Held Massager, Toys, Games and Magazines are also provided inside the unit. We also provide yoga mats, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach mat and beach towels for use. Beach chairs, cooler and baby crib upon request prior to check-in. WiFi and cable access with Google Mini too! Gas BBQ Grill is available in our common courtyard space! LOCATION: This apartment is on the street level with no steps at all. One block from Ocean Beach with bicycle rental, shower facility and lifeguard. Scooter rental and parking available right outside the apartment on the street. Walking distance to the famous OB pier (the longest concrete pier on the West Coast) and the main restaurants of Ocean Beach – Newport Avenue. On Newport, there are many restaurants, antique stores, coffee house s, bars, bike and surf shops. On Wednesday evenings (4pm to 8pm)Newport Avenue features a Farmer’s Market where you can find local fruits, vegetables and flowers, street performances and food vendors. Ocean Beach is conveniently located within 15 minutes of major attractions including the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Museums, Old Town, Sea World, Kayaking, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, La Jolla Cove, hiking, surfing, golfing, boating and miles of sandy beaches. PETS: We supply pet bed, toy, dogie bag and food bowls and charge an extra $50 non-refundable per pet fee per stay. Maximum 2 small pets. Please notify owner of any pets during your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Convenience store to get bottled water and simple breakfast one block from property! Ocean Beach less than 5 mins walk Dog beach less than 10 mins walk Restaurants less than 10 mins walk Wednesday Farmer's Market less than 10 mins walk Famous Sunset Cliffs National Park about 5 mins drive SD airport and SeaWorld about 10 mins drive Only Free Street Parking is available all around property. No designated parking space! Highly recommend to use Uber or shared Lyft instead of renting a car! Please request beach chairs and/or small cooler prior to arrival at time of reservation! We have a lot of returned guests. The property is owned and managed by the owner as well as 2 managers who live 10 mins away to service the guests. Property is meticulously maintained and cleaned every reservation.

Very clean, nice apartment. The host was extremely accommodating and had lots of extras in the room, especially if you had a long travel day. We will be back again!

We loved the rental unit, it was clean and had everything you need. The furniture was comfy and bedrooms and bathroom were spacious. The location is close to the beach and dining and in a very walkable neighborhood. The host was very friendly and in contact often and gave very good information on check in and check out procedures. We really appreciated that!
Some things to note:
The rental is on the first level of the property on a corner and there was a lot of foot traffic right past the windows. Parking was hard to come by, and we even got a ticket not realizing when we arrived that we were in a “red” area because it was dark!! There are tons of people walking dogs and there was dog feces everywhere!! I stepped in some exiting the car one evening.

Great location we didnt need a car to go to restaurants and the beach, it was just a few minutes walking distance, plus the owner is very thoughtful, the condo has everything you need for staying, extra blankets and pillows are available! Thanks for the convenience you provided for us, we ll be back for sure!

Beautiful space. Parking is choppy some days you can find close parking, weekends forget about it. Best thing is to park & Uber everywhere.

Although the location to the beach, restaurants and shopping is ideal the noise was ridiculous. The plane noise from 6:30am to 11:30pm was so loud my companion and I had to stop talking as it flew over.
The noise continued with the traffic on the street with pedestrians and cars. Especially, on the weekend.
Also, the noise from the upstairs was annoying and it was just people walking around. If they were up in the middle of the night you heard them.
The apartment is cute and adequate, but nothing extra was there. No blankets, no beach towels, no pen and paper.
Finally, the bed in the smaller bedroom is rock hard. The larger room was nice.

Our stay here was comfortable, affordable and convenient. It was close to a lot of restaurants and stores and the beach was right there! We loved it. The place is very clean and provides all the amenities you need when traveling from far away.

The property was a short block from the beach. The host was awesome and messaged us a several times just to check in! The host provided many valuable suggestions on places to eat and go. Parking was no problem on the street. Beautiful little beach cottage feel! Can beat this property!

The property manager was always very attentive and gave us great recommendations for local attractions/things to do.
This apartment is only a couple blocks from the beach, walking distance which made all the difference. There are so many restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance which was awesome.
Parking can be very difficult though. When we arrived around 4ish pm, everyone was heading to the beach and looking for a parking spot. Since the apartment only offers street parking, you have to try to snag a spot before all the locals and tourists show up and take the parking in front of the apartment. I recommend checking in on a weekday which makes parking much easier compared to the weekend. We also tried to uber most places so we didn’t lose our parking spot which worked out perfectly. Ubers range around $20-$35 depending where you are going in SD.
The apartment we rented was downstairs so we did have to deal with a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors which was a little annoying but expected in an apartment complex.
We did a sea cave kayak tour in La Jolla which I strongly recommend if you want a little adventure.
The sunset cliffs are only a 10 minute drive and is beautiful at sunset.
The hop on hop off trolley is an awesome option too.
There’s tons of scooters around you can jump on, you just download the app and pay per minute.
I also recommend OB Surf Lodge for brunch, they have the best mimosa flights and food which is only a 4 minute walk.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The apartment is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need for a beach vacation. The owner is incredibly thorough in her communication so much so that any question that came up was covered in the information she provided before check in. And best of all, it is a block from the beach and just a few blocks from Newport Avenue so you will not need your car unless you are leaving OB.

Park your car and forget about it when you stay here, the apartment is near everything you’ll need, I loved how close Old Town was, spent the day there and took the train from Old Town to seaport Village and the Gaslight district for Dinner and a Game. We’ll be back!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and bathroom up to date. I would definitely recommend this location to stay in San Diego if you’re looking to be close to the beach but away from the crowds. It is easily accessible to most places and is a safe area. The owner was immediately responsive whenever we had a question. She was in the area and we were able to meet her. Thank you for a great vacation stay!

We had a fantastic stay here! No need for a rental car as we were planning to hang at the beach (which is a very easy walk), Target was 1/2 mile away for groceries, etc. Cute little apartment, perfect for two friends having a relaxing weekend! We would definitely stay here again. Communication from the owner was great, which I appreciate. : )

This property is in a great location. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it until we left. Everything we wanted was within walking distance (lots of restaurants, beach, dog beach and grocery store). The apartment was very clean and modern and had all the amenities we needed. It has a nice size fenced patio which was great for us and our 2 dogs.

I felt that the owner was intrusive. She texted us all the time. The rule about no smoking of any sorts outside was ridiculous. There were no beach towels and the beds were cheap foam rubber.
