Apartment was really nice and comfortable, milk sachets were appreciated. Microwave might have been an added bonus in the kitchen.
More instructions in relation to parking up and getting the fob for the car park would have helped. Came across a couple who explained this to us. Once in apartment and fob recovered all good thank you.

This apartment was a perfect location for us to explore York city. We have 3 young children so didn't want to have long walks into town. The apartment was lovely and quiet and yet so close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was also incredibly well set up with great kitchen utensils etc. The touches of supplying dish soap and dishwasher tablets was great, even the little welcome of teas, coffees and milk was so lovely. The while apartment was really clean and felt like home from home. The shower was lovely, the views were great, We would definitely like to come for another stay
I would have liked an extra pillow as we were using both sofa beds and the bed. But I'm sure if I actually needed/wanted another pillow I could have easily got intouch with the owner and got one.

The location was close to the city centre.
It wasn’t really clean, the blankets they prepared for us had some stains and the fridge was smelly, also the amenities were available only for two people, even if we informed the host that it was gonna be five of us.
The pictures in the website weren’t really clear since it didnt specify that there is only one bedroom with the double bed and the other two bed are in the same room in the living room next to the “kitchen “ which are sofa bed and for opening the both of them you gotta move it around a little bit otherwise you won’t be able to walk past it, and there was pillow missing .
We didn’t bother to much since we were there only a weekend but definitely not easy if we had to spend more time in the hotel
