The location was great, could not here outside noise. Room was spacious for two people with all amenities available. Breakfast was amazing, had the waffles and friend had the cooked breakfast - wide range of options. Lots of eateries near if not wanting to eat in the restaurant. Staff all helpful.
One set of stairs a bit narrow / steep.

Perfectly placed hotel in the centre of York, everything on your doorstop , lovely views of York minster , it was my partners birthday and the extra touches in the room made everything more special, thank you 😊

Location was good. In the centre and 10 minute walk to Barbican
The bathroom was not very clean. There was a collection of old dirt/dust/hair on the floor edges and skirting boards. The toilet seat didn’t fit properly.
