I liked the position. Very central. I liked our room except for the street noise. I liked the staff. I liked the bed. Amazing. I liked the decor

Did not like the noise from the street. I did not like the lack of WiFi or 4g working in our room. I did not like the loud music at breakfast.

The thing people need to realise is this is a building that is over 200 years old. There are no lifts, yes there are flights of stairs you will need to climb and no there is no air conditioning. What there is, is a boat load of character and charm. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great value and very tasty. The bar is well stocked. And it's in an incredible location!

Location good. Staff very friendly and helpful . Very clean . Excellent breakfast
Room being at the front of hotel. Very noisy all through the night with rowdy people wandering outside . We had very poor nights sleep . We would stay again, but would request a room at the back of the hotel

Our bedroom was a bit small and window was damaged and difficult to close because of decaying frame.
