It’s in a great location, very close to the city centre, and in walking distance to everything, including a 10 minute walk to the train station.
The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The room was great value for money and was clean and comfortable.
The wifi in my room lost connection a lot, but it’s a minor issue that didn’t impact my stay.

The team were absolutely amazing, Laurence especially was so helpful and welcoming! He went above and beyond during my stay, and as a solo traveller I felt super safe here. The location is incredible, only a two minute walk to the York Minster and so many other attractions only 10-15 minutes away! Even though the location is near the centre/lots of bars and restaurants, the hotel itself was so peaceful, it really is the best of both worlds. My room was gorgeous, so clean and fresh, and very spacious. I had skylights instead of regular windows which I absolutely loved. All in all, I had a fantastic stay and I cannot wait to come back!

Located very near to the cathédrale
Staff is Nice and helpful
The Roms are located behind a wall. Light never enters. The rooms are very dark and depressing.
