It was centrally located being only a 10 minute walk from the centre but it was a quiet residential street. A couple of minor issues with the room were sorted promptly and without fuss.
Although it was out of their control and we were aware beforehand, the lack of cooked breakfast was a little disappointing.

The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding, a 10 minute walk away. The parking was good, just around the corner.
We didn't have breakfast. We were told on arrival that there would be no hot breakfast as the oven was broken so just a continental selection.
The room was very small , we were at the top of the house and our room had sloping beams that meant there wasn't much space without banging your head on the them!
There was tea and coffee and a very small kettle.
