The property was in an excellent location a short 10 minute walk from the shambles, it was decorated beautifully and the staff were fabulous!
The suite we stayed in was beautiful but it had a winter tog duvet on, I know the UK can get cold but it was too warm for us so made our night a bit sleepless!

The uniqueness of the hotel, the location and the breakfast was lovely, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The darkness of the hotel room. There was an issue with the shower, water not going down and flooding the bathroom and the sink was backing up.
Banging about at 6am in the morning outside. £15 charge for parking your car on the hotel car park.
