Comfortable room and bed. Staff were very helpful. Location was good as easy to get to City Centre.

TV was unturned and poor reception on it. Breakfast was lacking heat and eggs.

Room was good. Up to usual standard.

Despite requesting a twin room, booking.com did not pass this information on. Thankfully the hotel were able to find us another room.

The location was great especially for the park and ride

The breakfast was awful. The coffee machine dispensed warm tasteless coffee. The waitress couldn’t find the small pots in which to put marmalade so it had to be dispensed straight on to the plate which was very messy. What was really unforgivable was the dirty cutlery and plates which had baked on food from not being washed properly in the dishwasher.
