Nice room with tea and coffee facilities (even tho we was missing the kettle but was sorted a few hours later), bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was a little out of the city than we thought but was perfect for what we wanted.
Did feel a little on show when having a shower as the window was directly in front, even if it was frosted a blind would be better.
Only thing to have a “moan” was the parking. The hotel has very limited parking space and even reserved a space before hand, but when arrived all had been taken! Was told to park at the local Indian restaurant with no clear instructions. In the end we spoke to the manager of the restaurant who gave us a permit to park for 2 days at the cost of £18.
Maybe when reserving a parking space, a reserved cone or sign and be put out with the room number.

The location was a short walk to the city centre.
Parking at the site.
The mattress was beyond it's sell by date. It was hard and you could feel the springs.
The tv didn't work. The red light was on but the remote didn't do anything despite the remote lighting up.
The shower leaked at both ends of the hose.
Pillows were really hard which didn't help with sleep.

Plenty of tea bags, milk and sugar!
Parking is now £20 not £14 as STATED in previous email from the hosts!
Feeling unclean the whole stay!
Pillow flat used and stained way past sell by date!
Not even 100 % if the bed was totally changed from previous guests
Bed uncomfortable
Extractor fan blocked by dust and fluff as well has stand up fan full of dust
Dust, lime scale, stained carpets very used outdated rooms
