Food was excellent from breakfast to dinner and staff were always on hand to help and serve you and situated in ideal spot by the minster

We were in the attic room. People with any mobility problems would not be able to access this room. Stairs were very steep. Staff were very helpful with luggage etc but access cannot be improved.
Food was very good as was the service.
Location is excellent.

Only problem was the shower drain but other was an awsome place to stay
