Quiet location within a ten minute walk of the many attractions in York. Clean and modern interior.
We were on the top floor and trying to lift my case up multiple stairs was very difficult and exhausting. In the eaves, my husband had to be careful that he didn't bang his head on the ceiling. There were no hooks in the bathroom, to hang clothes on and the radiator was tiny and not big enough to dry bath towels. The one chair was very rickety. The mattress was very bouncy which moved every time my husband turned over in bed!
