Full shower in the room, very spacious.
Location is very convenient to central York and attractions.
Owner made sure everything met our expectations.

Staff were very friendly & made us feel very welcome.
Our room was lovely, had a cozy feel & a good comfortable bed.
Only 10/15 minutes walk into the centre.
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and very tasty.
There is also a lovely wee bar open until 8pm where you relax with a drink.
Only thing was the shower in the en-suite was tiny. I understand that in old buildings like this it's possibly hard to adapt & fit everything in.

Lovely room and bathroom. Our hosts were very welcoming. Great that there is free parking. Convenient location to walk into York old city to see the sights.
Ground floor room was a little noisy as it was on a busy road.

The location was great! It was so easy to get into town. The member which welcomed us (we unfortunately didn’t ask for his name :() was lovely and very helpful. He made us feel very welcome.
We got a parking spot which was very nice.
