Everything was really nice. Great location close to the center of York. Easy book in. Room was lovely and clean and breakfast was as expected. Thank you to all the staff.
Parking is a bit tricky. But if you ask the staff they will point you in the direction for the best place to go.

Number 34 had everything we needed. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Just a short walk into York which was great.
The breakfast was lovely and there was no problem getting gluten free options which was so helpful.
Having parking was a real bonus. Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in York. Thank you

Location was perfect, only 10 min walk to town, comfy and clean room.
Would have been great for 11am checkout instead of 10am!

Very close to Bootham bar in the City walls, 15 minutes away from the Shambles or the station. Amazing breakfast and the hosts are absolutely the best. The room was very clean, and you could tell the place is well taken care of.
I have no criticism :)
