Staff were more than helpful. Location to the city is excellent just a short walk to the city walls so out of the hustle and bustle but not too far away.
The bed was uncomfortable on one side. We had to swap sides so the other got some sleep.
Cost of parking. £15 per night is the most I’ve ever paid for accommodation parking but I didn’t know this until after I’d booked it I would have looked elsewhere. Breakfast was bog standard with no allowed swaps from the menu (eg couldn’t swap the beans for an extra egg)

Good size room, small bathroom but still fine. Good breakfast with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Nice breakfast room, very attentive staff. Good onsite and off side parking as its a cul de sac and a wide road, Most houses in this road were build lat 19th to early 20th century.
everything weas fine. we were on 2nd floor so people with disabilities would struggle but i am sure they would get special rooms.

our room very small, and the shower was impossible far to small. creaking floor boards.
£4.80 for one can of Guinness thats daylight robbery
