We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The decor was lovely, the view of Lake Charlevoix was fantastic, and this was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Will definitely book this again in the future!

Water Street Inn is a beautiful place, in a serene and quiet location. Every unit we've stayed in over the years has been immaculately clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped . And Condo 307 is at the top of the list of our favorites - simply beautiful and so cozy. The views are amazing, especially in early morning and at sunset. And Boyne City is quieter than surrounding towns but the attractions of Charlevoix and Petosky just minutes away. The staff at WSI are friendly and helpful. Love this place.

Every night a gorgeous sunset right on Lake Charlevoix. The room was as described and very clean. Everything you need is provided from kitchen to bathroom. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The condo is within walking distance of downtown Boyne City, restaurants and parks. I would definitely recommend WSI to anyone. You

Our unit, number 307, has been nicely updated and furnished. Our only complaint is the parental control on the Prime Video. Any program above PG13 was not accessible. That meant all the British mystery shows we like to watch were out of reach. But the location of the inn, being at the bottom of Lake Charlevoix, makes it the ideal spot for going to Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Traverse City. And the weather was spectacular!
